I was on vacation and experienced a dental emergency. I had an abscess, a massive toothache, and horrific swelling. The doctor was very courteous and patient. She diagnosed me immediately, addressed my concerns right away and wrote me prescriptions on the spot. However, the nurse had difficulty using both x-ray machines and did not seem familiar with the technology. They do no take insurance and I will have to submit visit on my own for reimbursement.

Overall, the experience was painless and efficient. The wait time was a little over 30 due to insurance verification. I am quite pleased with the fact that she fixed my broken tooth and root canal in less than an hour. Awesome service!!!

I had no problems with the dentist, but her office staff needs some major help. They were rude when I called to make an emergency appointment, made me pay retail prices because it was the "weekend" when I had my appointment at 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon. They assured me they would submit it to my insurance and call me within 24 hours if there were any issues. 2 weeks later, they have still not submitted to my insurance. Called the office again, and was spoken to rather rudely yet again. The services were fine, but if you want to be treated kindly, go some place else.

Desperately needed antibiotic for infected/abscessed tooth and my dentist office was closed with no doctor on call. I called and got an appointment same day (on a Sunday!)

was sent here from the grand floridian hotel, took a taxi not knowing what treatment i would require? turned out i had two absses and required a tooth out , from leaving the hotel everthing was completed within a hour and a half, even giving us directions to the nearest chemist for the prescriptions, exellent service would reccomend.

Amazing!!!! Im on vacation in orlando, and i fell and my two front teeth broke. As you can imagine i was devasted, it was midnight and i figured there was nothing i could do. I went online and came across Orlando smiles, i left a message and someone called me back at 9am the next day telling me i could come in at 1130. I was seen within minutes of my arrival and Madeline was a great help. Dr.sarika has awesome bedside manner and made me super comfortable. I needed two root canals which she did on the spot and fixed my teeth. They are such lifesavers!!!!!

I had googled a dentist near me and looked for an emergency dentist open on a Saturday morning. I found "Orlando Smiles", called and they could see me within 2 hours. I am truly lucky to of gotten Dr Heggennavar as my dentist. She was excellent and provided excellent detailed, caring service. The staff (2 ladies) were as cordial as well. They all made me feel at ease and comfortable even though I am a big baby when it comes to my teeth. I will be back and am making "Orlando Smiles" as my primary dentistry. I will be sharing my experience as well to my co-workers and friends, as well as, my family members!! Thank you!!

I'm from out of town on vacation and had an emergency late night with my tooth. I called Dr. Heggannavar 10:35 pm and she scheduled me for 8:30am. The office staff was very warm and inviting. Service was prompt. Madeline at the front desk was extremely helpful in making sure my insurance would cover the procedure. Dr. Heggannavar was easy to talk with and had great spirit. My overall experience at this office was wonderful, especially for an out-of-towner. I would definitely recommend for your dental needs.

Went in for an emergency with a. broken tooth. Had great anxiety but the staff were wonderful here....even from the first phone call. Madelyn (the receptionist) was very patient & helpful in securing financing. Jackie & Stacey were super courteous & informative about the procedures needed. Dr. Heggannavar made me very relaxed the entire time. Her demeanor was very calming and professional & I felt very comfortable in her abilities and reassured by my visit that I could get my dental care back on track. I am very grateful they were there during a very stressful time and would highly recommend this office. They treat you like a person, not a number, and don't rush you in & out.

On the day after arrival from the UK to Florida I had terrible toothache and after a few days contacted the surgery. They saw me straight away and as there were complications they managed to get me an appointment with a specialist. I then went back and within a few days I was fitted with a beautiful crown. Could not praise them enough.

The only good thing about this office is that you are seen right away. Bad thing.... everything else. I was told I have 11 cavities. The filled 6 of them, and now I can't eat on the right side of my mouth. Awful, awful pain. I don't know what she did, but I would have been better off without the two hours of torture it took to "fill" 6 cavities.

Dr. Sarika herself was really friendly but the dentist team does not have the organisational structure within their team. I entered the office, and I was even early on time for my appointment but I was seated at the dentist room by 4PM and it still took me long to be examined. However, the people around me were all very friendly. When Dr. Sarika came, she examined and informed me what needs to be treated. I was hoping to get the cleansing since that was my purpose but I was told to come back next week for that and that did frustrated me indeed. Overall, it took me two hours to get out from the office without getting a cleansing which is not satisfying to me. Friendly service is vital- but not as vital as the treatment that should have been done. And, the receptionist forgot to ask me to pay upfront (eventhough I have the Delta Dental Plan) and called me back on my phone while I was already driving!!- Something I clearly call not as 'professional' to make me drive back to the office.
