Dr. Baylin graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School with a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and periodontics. After graduating from dental school, he furthered his education by completing a General Practice Residency in Miami, FLA. Dr. Baylin takes pride in furthering his dental knowledge through extensive continuing education courses and study clubs. He is an active member of the Catonsville Celebrations Committee. He is also an avid sports fan and gets the greatest joy while coaching his children’s basketball, baseball, soccer and lacrosse teams.

Dr. Baylin is the first dentist I have ever gone to who I trust completely. He is caring, easy-going, and highly knowledgeable. He keeps me informed of my treatment plan and also keeps me informed while he is performing procedures. Everyone in the practice is wonderful and I would (and have!) recommend them to everyone.

Doc Baylin is awesome, and the entire staff at the office is professional and polite. In general, the experience of going to the dentist with Dr. Baylin and his staff is a positive one, even for those who may be hesitant or uncomfortable with the dental experience.
Always a positive visit, even when he has to drill into your teeth because apparently flossing twice a year when you visit your dentist doesn't prevent cavities from forming.

My experience with this office is always positive, whether it's with Marianne for a simple cleaning or with Dr. B for some drilling and sing-a-longs (this visit was the Hamilton soundtrack!).
You will hear laughter and feel good after spending time with these people...how many can say that about their dentist's office?

There's never a wait and the office works around your schedule to accomadate your needs to the best of their ability. Dr. Baylin is the most competent, efficient and personable dentist I've ever used. He is totally client focused and his practice is constantly upgrading equipment to employ the latest technologies. In my opinion Dr. Baylin combines all of the most desirable attributes people seek in a dentist. First of all, he is extremely confident in his skills and I quickly found out why: he is hands down the best professional I have encountered in my multinational search for dental care. In addition, he has a plan, which he communicates clearly, and he executes that plan gently, swiftly, and with a smile on his face. The assistants are equally friendly and competent. Dr. Baylin is THE MAN! I'm by no means an antidentite but I'd be lying if I said I "like" going to the dentist's office". It's different with Dr. Baylin. Every trip is like visiting a friend. A friend with sharp jabby things, mind you, but he's super gentle about it. If you HAVE to get poked at with mouth jabbers you should try these folks. I've never been happier with a dentist and will be a customer for life.

He really understands patients who have fears of the dentist and dental work. He has an optimistic personality, is friendly and kind, and it is easy to see how much he enjoys helping people have a positive dental experience. Dr. Baylin also has state-of-the art equipment to help the patient understand what is going on with his/her teeth. A small wand was placed over my cracked teeth and I could see the image on a large screen. This helped me to understand Dr. Baylin's recommendations regarding my care. I had two teeth repaired yesterday, under mild sedation, and I didn't feel any pain.
