My visit in general was great. The service was excellent. However, it wasn't Dr. Horn that was at the practice. His name is not even on the door. And the air freshener smell in the waiting room is overwhelming

In addition to my formal education, I continue my education to stay current on the newest advancements in dentistry. I have participated in many courses, most recently through the Center for Advanced Dental Study and the Northern California Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Easily the most pleasant dental experience I've had. Dr Horn is incredibly bright, thoughtful and efficient. His staff was very courteous and focused on providing the dental care I need and addressing the concerns I came in with. As a small business owner myself, I also thought that it's a very well run office, there is a good vibe and positive energy, and the staff seems to work very well together - which in my opinion says a lot about the doctor/owner of the practice himself. It's reassuring for me to know that the doctor takes so much pride in his work. I did not feel they oversold me on anything and they were extremely transparent about the cost of my treatment. I would recommend Dr Horn to all my friends and coworkers.

The office made sure to accomodate when I was available with my work schedule, and even made sure I was finished before I had an important conference call with work. The Dr. was very thorough and made sure to explain to me what the next steps would be, walked me through my x rays, and explained my options. He even let me know I could call the office with any questions at any time, and wasn't pushing me to rush into anything, but also emphasized the need to get my tooth removed sooner rather than later. Definitely would recommend this team to my family and friends. They made me feel very comfortable and in good hands!

Excellent find, doctors and staff are genuine and friendly. I came for my front teeth that i have been struggling with since i had an accident. I was shown and explained what are my options..i liked it i had previous dental consult and always it seems to be rushed, everyone in this office took the time to make sure i was comfortable and understood my options and the manager worked with my insurance .......i like this office i will start my treatment with them and they have Saturdays which fits perfectly my needs.

My experience at Dr. Horn was great. The staff is great. They are so helpful. I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Horns warm personality put me at ease and he didn't make me feel ashamed. He saved so many of my teeth.
