Laura, my dental hygienist, was the best I have ever had the pleasure of spending an appointment with! She is knowledgeable, kind, and was as gentle as possible. She puts you at ease and makes you feel at home, which is rare at any doctors office. I already booked a follow up, and I plan to continue doing so as long as she works there, even though it is a 30 minute drive. Laura’s skills and patience make it more than worth it. I can’t recommend her and thus the office enough.

If you are looking for a new dentist- this is the place to go! I received quality care from Dr. Shadi and Laura. They are both so sweet and personable. Dr. Shadi did a few crowns for me and I couldn't be happier!

The entire office is great. Very professional, friendly and thorough. I moved from west Roxbury several years ago and still travel to see Dr. Haidar. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Haidar and staff are great! The waiting area is bright and the girls at the front desk are very nice. Dr. Haidar is very easy going and explains things in simple terms. He is gentle with easing my children and talking things through when they are in the chair.

The staff is so great. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant. Sancheska and Hilary greeted me the moment I walked in. Laura the hygienist did a good job with my cleaning. My teeth never felt so clean. As for the dentist, Dr. Shadi was great. He went over my treatment and scanned my teeth for a new night guard.

The dentist is great and responsive. Was able to get an appointment in a timely manner and the staff was on top of things. The dentist was very transparent and helpful through my routine care. I would definitely recommend.

Thank you to the team at Citidental! I have not been to the dentist in a few years so I was quite nervous. The assistant Diosmeyri took me in and immediatly made me feel at ease- she is so sweet. I recieved the best cleaning and had a very thorough exam with the doctor. This is the place to go if you have dental anxiety!

Cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Haidar and the entire staff at Citi Dental. They are always so kind and efficient. I am in the beginning stages of Invisalign and Dr. Haidar has been super kind and informative throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Very happy with my visit to Citidental west Roxbury. I was seen for a new patient exam and cleaning. Nashaly took my Xrays and she was very efficient and professional. I was seen by Laura, the hygienist who preformed a very thorough, yet gentle cleaning. Dr. Shadi was able to do some fillings for me the same day and he was great.

Very nice office with friendly staff. I was greeted by Sancheska and Hillary who helped me work on my treatment plan step by step. Laura did my cleaning and she was amazing. Dr. Shadi is extremely personable and helped me feel at ease for every part of my treatment. You are missing and if you don't give Citidental a try!

Today was my first visit to Citi Dental and I couldn't have been more pleased with the care and service I received. It was recommended by a friend and I it to be a clean facility with friendly staff and all the great conveniences. While I'm a new patient of this office I can't say enough about Dr. Shadi, showed me that there's no reason to be scared of the dentist!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Citidental West Roxbury is the best. I came in with severe anxiety because I've always hated the dentist but Dr. Shadi was so gentle. He constantly asked me if I was ok and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. The staff was great and I recommend them for anyone looking for a new dental office.
