Dr. Shanne Sastiel was born and raised in Los Angeles and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Sastiel then went on to attend the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and later his Master’s degree in Oral and Craniofacial Sciences, as well as his postgraduate training and certificate in Periodontics. During his time at UCSF, he received the prestigious award for Outstanding Achievement in Periodontics by the American Academy of Periodontics. Dr. Sastiel’s passion in the field, stems from his desire to educate patients. He is committed to each and every one of his patients, and believes that the highest quality dental care can only be achieved through the communication and trust between doctor and patient. Dr. Sastiel now lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two young children. During his free time, he can be found cooking, hiking, or on the beach.

I came in to Comfort Dental Center in a lot of pain. Thankfully Dr. Sastiel was in. He pulled my tooth and even gave me his personal phone # and not just an answering service like most office do. Dr. Sastiel is very personable. Love this dr.

Excellent staff and office. Dr. Sastiel guided me through the process of getting tooth pulled & beginning the process of an implant. Very professional and compassionate services for a dental phobic! Highest recommendation.

Was ref. to Dr. Sastiel by a friend who highly recommended him for dental implant. Based on my experience this Dr. Sastiel is superman, please if you need a implant dentist I only recommended Dr. Sastiel.
