About Dr. Paul Yang
Dr. Paul Yang, DDS, FICOI, MS, obtained his bachelor's degree in biological sciences from UCLA before pursuing a Master of Science in Oral Biology at the UCLA School of Dentistry. Following the completion of his MS degree, he underwent clinical training and obtained his DDS degree from UCLA in 2019.
Dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized dental care with the best treatment options available, Dr. Paul devotes a significant amount of time to attending continuing education (CE) courses across various dental disciplines. He is well-versed in the latest dental technology, including restorative-driven implant placement surgery, interdisciplinary dental treatment planning for long-term success and maintenance, digital dentistry, and the study of esthetic dental materials.
Dr. Yang is an active member of several dental study clubs in the Southern California area, including the West Coast Study Club (WCSC)—an affiliate of the prestigious Seattle Study Club—and the acclaimed Frank Spear Curriculum. It was through the WCSC that Dr. Werts and Dr. Yang met, immediately bonding over their shared passion for providing patient-centric oral healthcare.

All in all, it was a good experience.
It was my very first visit, so I have to fill out some information, Medical, dental and so on and so forth info.
I was seen by Dr Yang who have an excellent bedside manner, and very gracious to explain to me what and how the process will be for whatever procedure I will need or want while looking at my dental history, which makes so much sense.
He took fair enough of his time for this consultation, so I was satisfied when I learned that they don’t do any service the same day of consultation.
I have to get another appointment for the service.
I was happy to go back and see how the actual service is.

First visit after moving here and through ZocDoc booked a time and was seen that same afternoon. Dr Paul Yang worked on my Fangs, Looked me over, consultation, full x-rays, teeth cleaning and next visit scheduled in 6 months. Happy, helpful staff in a beautiful office in downtown Montrose and they took care of business for the pearly whites. What is not to like? All that pesky paperwork filled out online -at home ahead of time- at the kitchen table- so that when I got there it was a relaxing , stress-free visit. Thank You Dr Paul, Arrianna and Sylvia for smiles and a great premiere performance! Bravo.

My experience with Dr. Yang and his dental office was wondaful, particularly during my wisdom teeth extraction. Me being the biggest scaredy cat in the world, worried for days and if you are like me, I highly recommend this dentist. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and professional staff who made me feel at ease. Dr. Yang took the time to explain the entire process and ensured a swift extraction. During the procedure I was impressed with his skills as I experienced minimal discomfort (THANK YOU DR. YANG) and it all took less than an hour. Dr. Yang's post-extraction care instructions were clear and helpful so I didn't have to come back for another visit right away. If you are looking for a warm, caring dentist, he's the guy for you.
