Love the waiting area and the ambiance it was very relaxing. However my appointment was rescheduled twice. On the day of I received a phone call right before I was in route telling me that my appointment was not available and I needed to reschedule, so I did. A few hours later I received another call informing me that my appointment had to be changed again because she would not be in the day they scheduled me for. When I arrived on the day of my appointment I was greeted right away and went back immediately. Her staff are extremely friendly. Can't really say I have much to say about Dr Russell, I only saw her or all of 5-8 minutes, she seemed very rushed and like she was being pulled from both ends. It's possible I may go back, she seems experienced and a professional in her field , she just does not come across personable, that's just my opinion.

Best dentist experience I have had in a long time. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. The visit was full of sharing laughs and she walked me through the entire proceedure!
