Naeem Motlagh, DMD, MDSc Dr. Naeem Motlagh is a prosthodontist born and raised on the Space Coast of Florida. He attended the University of Florida for undergraduate and dental school (Go Gators!) and graduated in the top 10% of his doctoral class, earning him the distinction of Cum Laude on top of other awards such as High Research Honors, the LD Pankey award for prosthodontics and periodontics, and the Pierre Fauchard award for academic achievement in dentistry. After dental school, he decided to pursue the specialty of prosthodontics to learn how to help patients with even the most challenging dental problems, and due to his passion for both the surgical and restorative sides of dental implants. Prosthodontists are also dental specialists focusing on both cosmetics and long-term health and functionality. Matching into one of the nation’s top postdoctoral residencies in prosthodontics at the University of Connecticut, he was trained under some of the world’s experts in the field. After three years of rigorous training, he earned his master’s in dental sciences, as well as certificates in prosthodontics and dental implant surgery. Dr. Motlagh’s surgical expertise and artistic skill span various treatment options, including All-on-4/6 dental implant treatments, smile makeovers, dentures, crowns, onlays, and veneers. He is known for his gentle, friendly, and compassionate demeanor in treating patients, always keeping their comfort and well-being as his top priority. He is also very passionate about science and education, having given lectures on many topics in the field of dentistry, teaching dental students in the clinic, and publishing articles in the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Dentistry and the Journal of Virology. Dr. Motlagh is also fluent in Spanish. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Motlagh is a big foodie, enjoying both cooking and trying new foods. In addition, he loves getting outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
