LOVE this dentist office. From the SUPER friendly front staff at the desk, to the dental assistants to ALL the doctors. I've seen at least 3 doctors so far and they are so warm welcoming, they educate you on your entire mouth. They make you feel so comfortable and not ashamed for any reason. This is my new home dentist office!

As a leading dentist in NYC, Dr. Massiah is dedicated to dental education. In addition to his private dental practice, he is a clinical faculty in NYU Dental School’s Full Mouth Reconstruction program as well as serving as an attending dentist at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center. He focuses his practice on new techniques in dentistry such as adhesion dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and restoring of dental implants.
Dr. Massiah enjoys being on the cutting edge of dentistry as well as contributing a lot of his time to the dental community around the country. He is the President of the Greater New York Metropolitan chapter of the National Dental Association and chair of the New Dentists committee, as well a national success speaker for the American Dental Association.
As a graduate of the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey in 1997, he received the "Excellence in Periodontics Award" his senior year at NJDS (1996-1997). Dr. Massiah did his undergraduate work in Anthropology at S.U.N.Y. Stonybrook

The dental staff is great! However, reception could have confirmed with the dentist if I should have been charged for a previous visit. Turns out, I should not have been charged.

It was my first time at this office and it went really well! Dr. Massiah and Soeurette, the hygienist, were both amazing and had great bed-side manners. Soeurette did such a thorough job with the cleaning and would explain every single step to you. Every single person there was very nice. They also follow a strict safety protocol which is extremely important during these COVID-19 times.

Best dental experience I've had in my life, from reception to cleaning to Dr. Massiah. They run a tight, high tech ship with HD pics of teeth, explanations of what needs to be done right away and what could wait. I don't have to go to another dentist.

Both Dr Massiah and Soeurette the Hygientist were incredibly attentive and thorough during my entire visit. They explained what has going to happen during each procedure. I recently visited New York to attend my son's graduation, and on my second evening there my front tooth broke off and fell out! I was mortified to think of spending my week there with no front tooth, meeting my son's friends and mentors. I was 9 hours from home and my own dentist and needed to find emergency medical care--on a weekend no less. Dr. Messiah came to my rescue. I called and he got back to me immediately, went out of his way to make me feel relaxed, and saw me right away. The appointment was painless and I felt like I was in good hands. My tooth was restored and my week in NY went on as planned. Dr. Messiah is wonderful, he is a talented dentist and has a great "bedside' manner. I highly recommend him. I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Massiah. He really does do it differently. The entire staff was very welcoming and incredibly professional. Dr. Massiah has an incredible bedside manner, spent a lot of time with me to address my questions and my issues. I've never had an experience like this before.

I loved both visits with Dr. Massiah's office, though I didn't see him directly either time - once he was out and I saw his fill-in who was wonderful, and the other time was a cleaning so I saw the dental hygienist and Dr. Massiah for a moment. First I want to say my husband have been a patient over to Dr. Messiah for over 10 years and is always satisfy with his service. I finally book my first appt. after 8 years. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. The service was great and informative. You can tell that they take their job serious and want nothing but the best for their clients. Also, one advice , I highly suggest for you to fill out the paperwork before your visit it makes the process quick and fast, if you are not sure about something they will adjust the paperwork for you when you go in.

Dr. Massiah was a good doctor, however, I was unhappy with how his office handled various things. I asked for my dental scans and pictures to be sent to me and it took them four days to send it. I had to call back multiple times before I got both. I was also not informed that I was out of network even though the front desk manager told me she knew a day before my appointment that I would be charged an extra 10% copay.
