Honestly I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. They got me over my fear of going to the dentist!
This is a dentist you can trust and a practice who cares about their patients!
If you are looking for a dentist in the area, this is where you want to be.
A great dentist, the only dentist I trust. No pain and a nice light touch.
They do a great job helping me keep my teeth heathy. I highly recommend!!
Best one in the city! This place is so quick and good at their job.
This was my first dentist appointment since moving to the city and it was a great experience. They saw me right on time for my appointment, the staff was super friendly, and I appreciated how straight to the point they were. Happy to have found my dentist!
Pros: 1) The front desk staff was easily the friendliest and most competent I’ve ever come across for any medical appointment 2) My dental hygienist was very thorough and educational 3) The facility is in a very nice location and the physical atmosphere is very welcoming Cons: 1) I scheduled an appointment with a specific doctor who was referred to me and she was nowhere to be found. This wasn’t addressed by anyone in the office. 2) Despite checking in almost 30 minutes before my appointment, it took about 2 hours for me to be seen. This is also compounded by the fact that people who checked in after me were seen before me as well. 3) The doctor that saw me was completely unaware of what I was in for and spent a total of 5 minutes with me before telling me that the hygienist would be coming to complete the cleaning. 4) While I was waiting to be seen, I heard a conversation between another doctor and patient clearly with no confidentiality

The staff was generally courteous, but communication could have been clearer, especially when I inquired about charges to file for my insurance. I still haven’t received a follow-up regarding this even though they had mentioned as I checked out that they would. During my visit, I had a teeth cleaning and dental scan. The scanning process took longer than expected, and the staff encountered some difficulties with certain tasks. I expressed discomfort with one piece of equipment that was difficult to bite into due to its angle, but it felt like the issue was brushed off and blamed on me. The teeth cleaning itself was decent, though a bit rough at times, leaving my teeth sensitive for about a week, but no major pain.
I have terrible teeth that will need a lot of work done, so I'm often shamed by dentists and was prepared for the worst. When I arrived for a filling in my front tooth, the very friendly receptionist told me what was covered by insurance so I was never in the dark. My filling went fine, though they did burn me with the blue light they use to harden the filling. It looks great though. I came back for a cleaning and again the wait was under 5min. This time my experience was painful, and when I told the woman I had sensitivity on certain teeth she all but rolled her eyes. She also lost control of the tool once and stabbed my gums. Afterward my teeth felt like they'd been stripped of all their enamel. However the doctor at the end was kind and to the point, giving me the facts about the state of my teeth without judgement. Then he recommended I buy a very expensive dental tool to prevent future damage. I have mixed feelings about this dentist but don't think I'm going to come back.
Great clinic, 1 block from the subway. As soon as you walk in the place smells clean and they have light music to make sure the waiting room isn't too anxious. The rest of the process was smooth from the xrays to the hygenist doing a thorough cleaning, to the dentist's clear communication on what I needed. I was new to NYC and I usually hate going to the dentist and put off my last appointment by almost a year. I plan to make this place my dentist of record going forward.

Quick, friendly, and in a great location
The doctor gave me several different answers regarding my symptoms and also constantly interrupted when I was trying to explain what I was feeling. Waited an hour to be seen only to be rushed out.
Strongly recommend. I chipped my two bottom front incisors after a crunchy sandwich. This is a lifetime problem I have faced. Unfortunately, my regular dentist refused to see me until September. Thankfully I discovered Dr. Lee via Zocdoc who saw me less than 24 hours later and returned my teeth to their prior condition, and further identifying issues that failed in prior fillings/reconstructions done of the incisors. I wholeheartedly recommend this doctor and practice.

Amazing job! I saw Dr. Lee today and my teeth feel whiter and cleaner than they have ever been. Zero wait, and great experience overall.
Everything is GREAT.
I felt like there was a lot of attention to making sure I felt comfortable with everything. They have screens and let me pick what I wanted to watch while I got a cleaning. I felt like everyone took good care of me and cared about my teeth and explained everything thoroughly so will definitely go back.
I had the most amazing experience.
Best dentists around! Professional, thorough, friendly, modern, and comfortable. These guys provide excellent care without skimping on the bedside manner. They are conservative in their recommendations (no unnecessary work) while still being extremely careful. I had a filling replaced this morning, and it was by far the most chill dental experience I've ever had.
Went in to get a filling ( it's my first cavity at 35 years old, it was a nice run haha) and it couldn't have gone any smoother! Dr. Hee and the team was thorough and efficient. I've already told all of my co-workers about this place, and I know I've found my dentist for now and the future!!
They are all super sweet and caring.
Simply THE BEST.
