This is one of the most unprofessional practices I have ever visited.
To start, I rescheduled my initial appointment because I was feeling some symptoms attributed to COVID (thankfully I tested negative).
Once my rescheduled appointment rolled around, I received a confirmation text message (about two hours before my scheduled time) asking me to come in an hour earlier. When I called to inquire, I was told that the doctor simply had to leave early so they had changed my appointment time without my consent. I was told that if I came at 3, I would have to do the cleaning and come back for the exam. I had to leave work earlier than I was scheduled to be able to fit both into the same appointment. Strike 1.
When I got to the office, I was handed standard paperwork. There was no COVID questionnaire, no hand sanitizer for clients, never got my temperature taken or asked if I had tested negative, and the outdoor bench for the building was just sitting in the middle of the lobby because they were getting ready to close. I was feeling extremely rushed. Strike 2.
After my x-rays and cleaning were done, the results were never reviewed with me (that has never happened to me at any dentist office/checkup). Multiple times, I was urged by the hygienist to come in for a second date in a month for a second cleaning. I mean URGED. When the dentist finally came in, she informed me that I had a cavity and I would need a filling (I’ve never had a cavity before). When I asked what this involved (because I have never had one before), they were both halfway out of the room telling me to make an appointment because they had to leave. The receptionist wasn’t even at the front desk because she was gone.
This place is a joke. Never ever coming back here.

I highly recommend Dr Verma ! Her skills, gentleness and genuine care is what I wished every doctor appointment could be made of. And furthermore her holistic approach makes you understand that healthy habits matter. I'm happy to say I found a dentist I fully trust and I intend to keep.

Dr. Verma was gentle & patient - I can say that because I didnt need to be numbed :) I used to hate getting my teeth cleaned but now I go twice a year and Dr. Verma made it a pleasant experience vs a dreadful one. I never feel rushed..on the contrary I felt cared for.

Dental cleaning with the hygienist felt very short and rushed (<20 mins). I’ve been to different dentists where they really took their time to be as thorough as possible (~45mins). Dr. Verma was very personable and professional.

I was seen promptly for a cleaning. My cleaning was essentially painless, and my hygienist seemed knowledgable. I was a new patient so was then shuttled to take X-Rays. X-Rays took place without much wait.
Dr. Verma then identified a solution to a problem I had been dealing with for a couple of years (one of my teeth was beginning to rotate slowly, catching food). We scheduled a follow-up up with a minor filling a week later.

I loved Dr. Verma when I found her through ZocDoc two years ago--I have a slew of dental problems but she was great at being able to prioritize what should be worked on now vs what could wait especially given the tightness of my finances. I also can't say enough about how kind she and her entire staff are--the only office I've ever felt comfortable in and looked forward to going to!
When I finally got insurance back this past month I immediately looked her up to take care of several new, current issues. But was then asked to reschedule three different times on the day of the appointment. Because of the limited availability of time between the two of us this resulted in a couple additional weeks of wait. I explained on each call that it was a dental emergency and I was in a lot of pain. On the third reschedule request they seemed baffled when I simply said 'no' and only seemed willing to rescind their request when I mentioned how many reschedules I had had and that my mouth was killing me. In addition, I was actually unable to be there until the appointed time as I was at work and unable to leave early. I then said I would like to cancel entirely and was not interested in a reschedule. Dr. Verma personally followed up with a voicemail but I unfortunately will not be rescheduling. I'm sure it's just coincidental that I had so many scheduling issues but at this point I'm unwilling to wait and find out if the next appointment will stick.

The best dentist I have ever been to! After years of going to so many dentists, who are either shoddy and incompetent, or too pushy, and untrustworthy, it was refreshing to find a dentist who demonstrates great expertise, skill, and one you can actually trust. Not a word of criticism about any previous dentists and their work - shows tremendous dignity and confidence in one's ability. Dr. Verma was very considerate and thorough in checking in with so many aspects that might seem unrelated to dentistry but are clearly linked, such as eating habits, general oral hygiene and sleep. And all solutions to problems were discussed keeping costs and the priority levels in mind, unlike some who indiscriminately try to extract the most from their patients. I'd highly recommend her to anyone I know.

Is it weird to look forward to visiting the dentist? Dr Verma and her team of friendly, capable dental assistants made me feel so comfortable and at ease, even during a filling. Dr Verma is amazing. This is seriously the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Go, she’ll make you want to actually start flossing.

Great dentist! I was greeted in the lobby by the dentist herself! She was very friendly and took the time to explain what she was seeing and how she recommended to best take care of any issues. Also made sure to tell the Hygenist about the specific things she wanted to be focused on during the cleaning and even checked in with me before I left to make sure my mouth felt comfortable. My treatment was relatively simple but I know from others that Dr. Verma will only recommend treatments that are truly necessary.

Dr Verma is good at what she does. She finds the root of the problem and sets short term and long term goals to get your teeth to where they need to be. She explains they are not like other dentists since they are Hollistic and use natural ingredients that are good for your teeth. I would definitely come back again!

Doctor Verma is a thorough professional, but retains an open demeanor to invite questions. I felt assured that I was getting good care. The office staff takes the time to explain the medical as well as financial aspects of the dental work.
