“I had a very good experience and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and beautiful decor of the office. Everyone was cordial and professional. Brulla was very patient in adminstering the x-rays. Dr. Zaydel was very approachable and understanding and Ray very competent and gentle with my teeth cleaning.
It was strange though that I got an email prior to my visit asking for a copy of my insurance card to verify coverage before I arrived, yet when I got there, they couldn’t find my insurance card info. It would have also saved time if they’d sent the medical forms electronically to complete ahead of time. A lot of time was spent when I arrived just answering the medical usual questions. But all that’s now done.

Dr. Zaydel practices with compassion, kindness, and a little bit of humor, striving to make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable in the dental chair. She takes the responsibility of being a healthcare provider very seriously and always prioritizes her patients’ health above everything. She puts herself in her patients' shoes, takes time to explain procedures and options, and treats everyone as if they were her own family. She loves what she does and takes pride in her work, utilizing the most modern technology and techniques to guarantee the highest quality. Her approach is based on preventive care rather than unnecessary treatment, but if treatment is indicated she is incredibly detail-oriented, ensuring the long-lasting success of her work.
Dr. Z completed her college and dental school education through an accelerated program for exceptional students at Rutgers University and Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. She went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the Bronx VA through Mount Sinai Hospital where she mastered all aspects of dentistry but found her passion in restorative care. She is constantly striving to learn and grow as a provider and as an advocate for her patients. When Dr. Z isn't in the office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, making pottery, and golfing.

Booked the appointment through Zocdoc. Got text messages saying my appointment went through. Received forms to fill out for smiles lab and reminders for my appointment. When I showed up, they told me that they don’t have an appointment for me and that it was scheduled for the next day. I have text messages saying that my appointment was for the day I showed up. Felt like a waste of time.

I do not recommend this dental office; I had a terrible experience with them.
They are totally overpriced, they don’t care about their patients. They say the don’t think any dental procedure should be painful and mine was absolutely horrible, the doctor said it was going to be 30 min and it was and hour an 15 min. They didn’t give me the right directions when I left, and in the follow up I wasn’t seen by the same doctor which I find it disrespectful to the patient. And the doctor who saw me told me me the pain , the swelling and the redness was normal and didn’t give me anything for that.
Overall, I believe this place takes advantage of patients. They are excessively costly, dishonest, and lack any sense of respect or kindness.

No I will not recommend this dentist office. For some reason the office was not aware of my reason of my appointment. I scheduled a regular cleaning and check up which they should have done without no problem with my dental insurance. However, they just took X-ray’s but then wanted to offer me deep cleaning that came along with an expensive price tag. This is a definitely bait and switch place.

The best part of the experience was the dental hygienist who did my cleaning. He was very thoughtful, thorough and did an amazing job.
The office is clean & very modern, but very salesy - they try to sell you extra services that are not really needed. I was hoping to have a filling replaced, and I was told (by the dentist) that I may potentially need a root canal but I had to see their onsite specialist first. The consultation alone to determine if a root canal was needed would not be covered by insurance. I decided not to move forward with this office and went for a second opinion. I found a dentist who was able to look at my case without referring me to a specialist (it was not a complex case) and provided the care I needed.
I wanted to like this place, but it did not work out.

This place is beautiful but you feel iike their goal is to upsell upsell upsell. They make it sound like your teeth are the worst when it is all a ploy to charge you more
Their rates are by far the highest in the area. This is NOT for the working class. They are NOT INSURANCE FRIENDLY.
Regretting have gone after calling 3 dentists who had Better accommodations. Regardless, they are not honest, this is not a family owned business it’s a money pit.

Felt very bait and switch. Was not seen by the dentist I booked with. Went in for a cleaning and they would not perform unless I came back for other expensive procedures. Recommended an orthodontist and told me the only path forward was to break my jaw for an issue that was causing no pain and minimal impact. Very weird experience.
