Dr. Sidney Sternberger strives to remain on the forefront of innovation across all aspects of dental care. As testament to this dedication, he and his entire staff, offer some of the latest, most advanced technologies available in the field of dentistry, including CEREC® for same day restorations. In addition to veneers, onlays, full mouth restorations and various other cosmetic and reconstructive dental treatments, the dentists utilize CEREC® to design and create customized dental crowns in-house in one day.
Dr. Sidney Sternberger graduated Cum Laude from Binghamton University and then received his doctoral degree from the New Jersey Dental School at the University of Medicine and Dentistry at New Jersey. Following graduation, Dr. Sternberger completed a year of general dentistry training at Coler Goldwater Specialty Hospital in New York City and then completed a year of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Implantology Fellowship at New York Hospital Queens.
Dr. Sternberger completed another three years at New York Hospital Queens and received certification in the specialty area of Prosthodontics. During that time he completed advanced postgraduate dental training at both New York University College of Dentistry and Columbia University School of Dental Medicine. He has extensive training in all phases of general dentistry and reconstructive/restorative dentistry including dental veneers, crowns, and dental implants.
Dr. Sternberger teaches both general dentists and specialty dentists the discipline of prosthetic, restorative and implant dentistry at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, Northwell Health System and Bellevue Hospital Center.
