I had a great experience with Dr. Blau. She and her staff were so kind, and I really appreciated their willingness to see me on such short notice. She was able to fix my dental emergency, and I would absolutely recommend her and her staff.

Dr. Blau has a GREAT bedside manner. I know it's not fun going to the dentist, but but Dr. Blau is great at making it a pleasant pain free
experience. If you feel uncomfortable she reacts instantly. She is very understanding and empathetic as well as very efficient even if she has to drill a tooth at the very back of your mouth, which is what I had done today. I couldn't be more grateful to her.

Blau, DDS, a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry, has been tending to the dental needs of the Inwood community and its surrounding environs for more than a quarter of a century. Dr. Platt-Blau was thorough and a good Dr. She did required seperate appointments for each individual filling (rather than doing two fillings while the same side of the mouth was numb) which was inconvenient.
Overall the office is difficult to get a hold of, and front desk staff are not always professional. I have had office staff members hang up on me. During visist staff is helpful.

I'm sure that going to the dentist is not anyone's favorite way to spend an afternoon, but Dr. Blau and her lovely assistant Jandari make it as pleasant and pain free as possible. It's not an easy job and I have to say that I totally admire Dr. Blau's approach and her "bedside" manner, especially during this crazy time when she has to work with a mask and face shield.

Dr. Platt-Blau was nice but her office at home is incredibly dated with equipment that seems like it’s from the 80’s. The hygiene cleaning felt not thorough at all and I waited a really long time.

This is my third time going to Dr. Stacey Platt-Blau for a cleaning and what can I say, her staff and her do an amazing job. Once you get in, you are greeted with a smile. The wait time was literally less than 3-4 minutes. The tech is so nice and pleasant. They actually remember what you do for a living. Dr Platt goes through all the steps and procedures as she performs them. Very knowledgeable. Amazing doctor and staff. Happy going and making this my permanent dentist.
