I've been a patient for about 30 years. Dr. Akseizer is extremely professional. He acts conservatively in everything possible to save a tooth. He's careful, thorough, clean, considerate, punctual and he does a terrific job. I also like that Dr. Akseizer is up with the latest treatments and methods in dentistry. He's shown videos and shared literature of new methods. He has done many treatments on my mouth and I've been more than satisfied! Terrific dentist and person. Great staff!

As always since 1975, Dr. Akseizer & his staff have provided the utmost service in dentistry to me and my family. Dr. Akseizer is an outstanding professional who performs in a kind & compassionate manner. He and his staff give a "family" feeling to the office. There is never a feeling of "the office is closed."

Dr. Stephen Akseizer is a 1968 graduate of the New York University College of Dentistry. He has served the Syosset area for over 40 years . He is recognized as a Fellow in the International College of Dentists (1994), International College of Implantologists (2010) and the American College of Dentists (1997). He is recognized as a Master by the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a Past President of the New York State Academy of General Dentistry and Past National Trustee to the Academy of General Dentistry and Vice Regent to the International College of Dentists. He is a member of the American Dental Association ,Academy General Dentistry, Internationl College of Oral Implantologists, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of Laser Dentistry and Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International College. He is a recipient of the prestigious Platinum award by the New York State Dental Society and has been recognized as a Master by the Academy of General Dentistry. In 2011 Dr. Akseizer was the 24th winner of the Distinguished Service Award from the Academy of General Dentistry. He cuttently serves as an instructor at the New York Implant Institute.
Dr. Akseizer is a nationally recognized expert on hi-tech dentistry. He has written numerous articles and lectured extensively on advanced dental techniques including computer and laser technologies. He has participated in the development of digital radiography and currently serves as an advisor to several companies on hi-tech dentistry. The father of two sons, his hobbies are bicycle riding, sailing and computers.

This is the best office to go to. There is never a long wait. Everyone is so friendly. Most importantly, they are intelligent and I always walk out feeling comfortable that all my questions are answered.
