the technician was very new and unsure of all the equipment. the dentist had to provide feedback to “encourage” her to fill out my chart before he saw me. and then he went on to insult previous dental work? which was weird. overall interactions were very pushy, and neither one really listened to my questions or concerns, so i left without anything resolved and being charged for services i didn’t realize were not covered by insurance even though i asked. i will not be back and would certainly not recommend.
