The appointment went very well. Everyone was very helpful. However the fees for what I needed were excessive in my opinion. Also did not want the process to be done for two days. I felt what I needed could be done on one visit with most likely many follow up appointments.

I recently moved to San Jose for work and had not had a general dentist in a long time. Dr Swathi has been kind, respectful, and efficient. I have had a fair amount of work done in a short time and never have I felt rushed or forgotten about. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. Had a great experience as always.

Service was fast and nice. My procedure went through smoothly. Have to give thumb-up for the dentist assistant, he looks young but know his duties well; very quick and confident at the dentist's requests. I've been here a couple of times and it seemed like they are a team of three (Dr., dentist assist. and front desk management). However, they work through patients on time (no slacking and breaks like other places). Great dentist place.

Overall a great experience. The office staff and Dr. Upadhyaya were very nice and efficient. I was a little wary of their business because they have an @gmail email (instead of a true business email) and you can tell all their paperwork is very generic - like they Googled "dentist papers" and that's what you fill out. This didn't feel very professional to me and made me concerned for the security of my personal information. But once I got into the dentist chair all went well and I was satisfied with my visit.
