I went for dental cleaning. They were open to discuss insurance, etc. There was no wait time. The only culprit is the filling of the office forms.I use zocdoc because lets me fill the forms online beforehand so I don't need to spend 10-15 minutes filling it in the office. Unfortunately that was not the case. I was asked to fill in the office forms. I told them I did it online thru zocdoc. They said they don't have access to it. I don't understand the point of filling it online if the provider can't access it. Zocdoc needs to address this as this is not the first time it happened. And the providers need to understand how zocdoc works before accepting patients thru them.

Absolutely wonderful doctor and staff. I love the individual attention I received, and the doctor and staff took their time to explain every single facet of my dental health that they could tell me. I also really like that they worked with me to decide what the best treatment options were for my situation.

I was nervous at first, then once I came in. The staff greeted me with a smile, wait time was 5 mins. Once I was seated. The assistant explained everything she was going to do. Once the Dr. came in, he listened to my problem and gave, me his professional opinion. You can tell he really cares about your oral hygiene and not just trying to make a quick dollar.

My personal experience was nothing more than awesome. Dr. Syed was very informative and explained the details of the procedure, risks, and benefits. I will return to finish my treatment.

The Dr. is very polite, patient and knowledgeable. He explains all options and procedures thoroughly and answers all question. I would highly recommend any of my friends or family. Everything is very clean and organized.
