I have been a patient of Dr. Presson's for the past year. I was looking for a new dentist and I heard her praises on the podcast "Gettin' Grown". It lived up to all of the great things that were said about it. The staff is professional and friendly, the office is clean and state of the art, and while it is located in an area that doesn't have easily accessible parking, I can look past that based on all of my positive experiences within the past year.
I have previously been visiting Dimples Dental Suite for my 6 month cleanings, but I recently had a significant dental emergency and Dr. Presson was able to help me immensely. Dr. Presson seemed to do everything she could to make me comfortable during the unexpected procedure. She helped me to feel at ease about everything. She answered all of my questions and was extremely thorough with everything throughout my treatment, including pain management. I was completely comfortable in the dentist chair that lightly massages your back and the warm blankets available if you are cold! There are also tv's in all of the rooms that you are able to watch during your exams. This is everything since I have had nothing but bad experiences with dentists pretty much my whole life. Anything that can make an otherwise unpleasant experience more comfortable is a plus in my book!
All of the eye pleasing aesthetics aside, Dr. Presson is knowledgeable, competent, and provides detailed treatment plans at all visits. Plus, the fact that Dr. Presson is a black woman who owns her own business on top of being a competent medical professional is the icing on the cake. I want to support black women business owners in any way possible. Therefore, I plan on going back to Dr. Presson for as long as I am able to. And if you are also looking for a dentist I highly encourage you too!

You are responsible for your bill, if your carrier elects not to pay.
In addition, we do not accept radiographs from other dentists. We will take radiographs on all new patients during your first visit. Please confer with your insurance carrier prior to scheduling about this potential out of pocket expense before making an appointment.

I waited over an hour for her to see me and then her receptionist gave me an incorrect billing estimate for insurance. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing and I will never go back here. Unkind and rude staff.

Awesome experience! The dentist is competent and professional and actually performs the cleanings herself which was a first for me. All of my concerns were addressed and appropriate recommendations made. There was no uncomfortable sales tactics and the office itself is top of the line and designed with the patients comfort in mind. I am so glad I found this office and have already recommended people!

It was my first time visiting Dimples and I will definitely become a regular patient. At first, I was getting impatient because I had to wait 30-45 minutes. When Dr. Presson was finally ready for me she was apologetic about it and explained she's been unusually busy. I enjoyed meeting her so much I wasn't bothered about the wait time anymore. Overall, absolutely LOVED the office space, it was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and informational. Great experience :)

Dr. Presson was extremely late and can be forgiven, except she came rushing in, looked over and said a Hello and proceeded to her office where she had a very loud (sounded like an arguement) conversation. After twenty more minutes, I asked the young lady did she know how much lomger Dr. Presson would be. And she went to ask and came back to say Dr. Presson would be with me shortly. Two minutes later Dr. Presson came out of her office, looking at her watch and through tight teeth asked who needed to get seen because they had another engagement. Her mannerism is like I had the audacity to rush her. Then she proceeded to be rough and disrespectful to my Senior Mother whom I had brought in to be seen. When my Mom asked her questions about the exam, Dr. Presson became offensive. My Mother stopped the exam and asked me to take her home. I waited to see if Dr. Presson would say, "Ma'am, lets talk. I don't wish for there to be any miscommunication. If I did anything to offend you I apologise, because I am a professional". But none of that. It was as if she was glad we left. I don't know what to say about this.
