It was my first visit there, I checked in by using the station. As a new patient, it was common sense that there must be tons of forms that needed to be filled out before the appointment, so I waited to be called. After 15 minutes, people who came behind me already being called and entered the room. I asked the receptionist, and then she gave me the forms. After I submitted the forms, again waited more than 45 minutes. Thank God the assistant finally called my name and guided me to take x-ray and sent me to a patient room, then waited another 15 minutes. Doctor Tran used 5 min glance over my record and examed my teeth said I have 6 tooth decay and walked away, then sent me to another doctor. The assistants spoke Spanish and Indian the whole time I didn't understand a single word. Clearly they were chatting to each other pretending that I didn't exist. The other doctor set me up for filling and then walked away again. I went home and noticed that 2 out of 4 fillings I did that day still have tooth decay. What I said here was 100% truth. This is the worst dental experience I had ever. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!
