Dr. Korol did not behave professionally during my visit. She was visibly annoyed and started to make fun of me (!!) on my very first visit because I asked like 3 questions. She literally sighed loudly after my 3rd question. Don't dental schools teach about professionalism? About how you're not supposed to make the patient feel stupid just because they have some concerns about their own health? Then she started to make fun of me in front of everyone around her, including the assistant and office staff. Another doctor in her office had to tell her to listen to my concerns since I'm the patient. Anyway, it was obvious that she wanted me out of the office ASAP. I understand that more patients means more money, but what ever happened to addressing patients' concerns, being patient, not making the patient feel stupid? I do NOT recommend her.

She’s a very friendly dentist, and also she’s very honest. I had toothache and she didn’t want to take it out not until she was certain that the cause of the pain has to do with the tooth itself. Love her. She doesn’t pull out teeth until you really need it to be out!

I want to put this doctor on the job as a professional. Not one doctor could solve my situation. Black dots on my teeth appeared after each visit of the doctor for 1-2 weeks. Dr. Korol selects tooth cleaning for each patient separately. She chooses the medicine that's right for you. Thanks to Dr. Korol. My teeth forgot about black dots. Now they are absolutely white! Plus the doctor appointed me a special paste which between the next visit supports my teeth in the same condition as after taking. Thank you Doctor Korol.

Ive been to 2 other dentist i found on zocdoc, and the reviews were decent, pictures were nice, but when you walked in, it was scary and dirty! When i walked into Dr Korols office, i was shocked... it was very clean and pleasant! Within seconds i was taken into the back and the dr came and introduced herself and asked questions about me as a human, not just medical (of course she asked medical questions too, after we got a smile and laughs going)... Now this part sounds strange... but im actually looking forward to go back in 6 months! Thanks Dr K and staff!
