About Dr. Marina Kuznetsov
Dr. Marina brings plenty of experience to the table. She’s been doing what she loves most for over 30 years now, with no sign of stopping. Perhaps it’s the New Yorker mentality.
Dr. Kuznetsov works with all types of patients - young and old, anxious and calm, dental chair novices and experts. She’s a trail blazer in orthodontics, specializing in traditional braces and clear aligners.
Dr. Kuznetsov obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry in 2005. Back in Russia, she earned a Doctor of Medicine degree in orthodontics, Masters in Dental Medicine, and capped it off with a Ph.D in orthodontics. She’s published over 30 professional publications and holds a patent in orthodontics laser therapy in Russia.
Dr. Marina has never stopped with her desire to learn and educate. She devotes her free time towards working as an instructor with Progressive Orthodontics Seminars, helping dentists stay up to date with the best practices in the orthodontics field. She’s also a Certified Invisalign Professional, a form of clear braces.
For Dr. Marina - dentistry is not only her life’s work, but it’s also her passion. During her free time - she loves traveling, catching up on the latest Netflix shows, and trying to reach the always distant max level on Candy Crush.

She didn't help the issue I came in for at all and throughout the whole appointment tried to push cosmetic dental surgery on me. I've never had a dentist so aggressively push their non-essential services on me when I came in for an acute issue. It was so uncomfortable, I would never go back.

Have been with Dr K for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. She and her staff are great to work with and they know what they’re doing. They’ll make sure you get the care you need and aren’t pushy about extras. Clean office and little to no wait times. Superb team

I waited 30 minutes for my appointment and then had a cleaning that was quite painful (more than normal) and lasted only 5 minutes... I also left with a tooth sensitivity that didn’t exist before arriving. Dr. Kuznetsov and her receptionist were friendly, but I did not leave feeling as though my teeth were thoroughly cleaned.

Dr. Marina was great, the person at the check-in desk was friendly and efficient, and the dental advice and work I received was great. They were just so NICE at this office. Going to the dentist can be unpleasant at a lot of places, but at this office it was actually pretty great. And I really liked the fact that they had some appointment times available to handle my dental emergency. Fantastic experience!

It's a family office, my dentist was Dmitriy. Check in was a breeze and they didn't hassle with paperwork. Cleaning was straightforward and had to come back for some fillings, which also went well. Attentive, welcoming and professional.

My first visit to this office was with Dr. Dimitriy, Dr. Marina's son. He was very pleasant. For my follow-up visits, I met with Dr. Marina. She was also excellent. She was very attentive to making sure that my cleaning was as comfortable and quick as possible. Thank you!

Staff and doctor were courteous and friendly. Now perhaps they have a terrible computer system and/or are not super tech savvy, because half of their rooms were down (I had to move when one terminal wouldn't respond); also, their check-in software hadn't synced with ZocDoc so I wasn't on their calendar. Once they found my appointment it was fine, and I was quite happy with the cleaning, but IT issues seemed to be an ongoing annoyance for them.

I've lived in NYC for five years, but still always used my childhood dentist during vacations to visit my parents, so I was wary about making a change. Dr. Kuzentsov's office was great and I'm glad I picked her. Her receptionist did a stellar job of already having called my insurance company to make sure everything was covered (be sure to fill out the forms online before you get there) and there was no big wait to get in. I also appreciated no attempt to up-sell any services or products.

First, I cannot stress enough the pristine overall condition of the office. I am a clean freak and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness in Dr. Marina's office. Second, she is a very trustworthy professional and is very caring and attentive to patients' needs. She took her time with me and did not seem rushed. Third, I would like to point out that she was very accommodating with my schedule and stayed after hours just for me. I am beyond satisfied with my expedience.

A highly skilled doctor who cares deeply about her patients. I had an emergency root canal treatment and she was able to take me in with no wait because her office manages the schedule very efficiently. State of the art technology and her front desk staff is superb. I have seen my number of dentists during my time and Dr. Kuznetsov is exceptionally qualified.

I would highly recommend this dentist for your whole family. She is very knowledgeable and took her time to explain all of the possible treatment options before proceeding any further. This was my first visit and I was simply taken aback by how cordial and soothing the office environment is. This is NOT a dental mill and NOT a "let's squeeze as many patients as we can into a waiting room and force them to wait for two hours" environment. There was zero wait time and this experience was simply superb. Thank you, doctor.
