Teresa was very nice, explained everything really well and got everything done pretty quickly. The facility itself was great, staff was great and they explained everything on their side very well about costs on whats covered and whats not. Very transparent, i like that.

First they did not have my appointment. I don't know what the disconnect between ZocDoc and the Doctors office was but they did not have the appointment that ZocDoc confirmed. They said they had an opening at 11:00 and could see me. When I got there their waiting room was full and I had to wait over an hour to get in. I would have been more than happy to come later if they really didn't have an opening. I did not ask to be 'fit in' with the mix up. Once in the chair I waited more... than the doctor came in and cleaned my teeth. The cleaning and polish was really quick but painful. I admit I am a bad flosser which is why they said it hurt, but my habits have not changed and my last dentist didn't hurt that bad. I have mixed emotions if speed and pain is better than less pain and longer cleaning. Beside all that, everyone at the clinic was very nice and the facility was clean - both big pluses.

The doctor was great, she did a much better job on my mouth than my last dentist. I will be going again, only thing That I didn't like was the fact that I didn't know I needed funds until they were knee deep in my mouth. So a heads up would have been nice.
