Terry J. Lemons, DDS, received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University Dental School and completed a general practice residency at Emory University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological and Physical Sciences from Indiana University. Dr. Terry Lemons is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Society of Implant Reconstructive Dentistry.
Dr. Terry Lemons has taken over 500 hours of continuing education. He has taught nursing students Chemistry at Indiana University and worked at the prestigious Krannert Institute of Cardiology for two years prior to dental school as a research technician.
Dr. Terry Lemons has been on several mission trips to serve the underprivileged population and children in need. He has sponsored two free dental days for underprivileged children in South Forsyth and North Fulton counties.
Dr. Terry Lemons is one of the founder members and past President of the Johns Creek Business Association, he was also the International Director of the Johns Creek Rotary.
Dr. Terry Lemons has two boys. Wesley is a senior in Medical School and recently passed Board 2 in the top 2% in the nation and is being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He plans on pursuing a career in Orthopedic Surgery hopefully in the South Forsyth area! Matthew is a Computer Science graduate from Georgia Tech and past Vice President of the Cascading Club. He also lead the Freshman Leadership program known as CORE. Matt is finishing his master's at Georgia Tech while working for the Microsoft Corporation.
