Dr. Neelima Chiru has been in private practice since 2001. She graduated from Boston University with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2000. In addition, she is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, and Georgia Dental Association.
Dr. Neelima Chiru has been trained in all facets of dentistry and continues to take educational courses to stay up-to-date with the constant technological changes in the field. She understands the fear that can be attached to coming to the dentist.
Her warm personality helps put patients of all backgrounds at ease. She welcomes all patients, from the youngest children to adults who have avoided the dentist due to previous bad dental experiences.

I initially booked with this doctor because she saw patients on Saturdays but after I scheduled my appointment through ZocDoc, I got a call from the doctor office saying they double booked my appointment so I had to reschedule. I wanted another Saturday but the receptionist strongly encouraged me to make an appointment on a weekday since Saturdays are very popular and there’s hardly any availability. When I got there, the receptionist recognized me and gave me my paperwork right away. I also thought it was nice that I could fill it out electronically. However, the receptionist was arguing pretty loudly with someone over the phone. She seemed to be explaining something but was very frustrated. I don’t know who she was talking to but it was unpleasant to listen to. The dentist assistant that helped me was very sweet though. The doctor was not the one I made an appointment with but he was nice and explained everything to me. In the end he had to refer me to a specialist.

I am a regular patient with her and I am doing Invisalign braces with her as well as a couple of crowns. I trust her work and don't have any complaints. I would recommend her to a friend without hesitation.

Dr. Chiru was absolutely the best! I even called my sister from the office for her to make an appointment! I was amazed with the wait time as well as the time of the procedure, everyone should experience this. The staff was professional and courteous. I will continue to travel to have this experience, because I am not a fan of many dentist until now!

People scare of dental issues must visit here, In my life I saw the best person as a doctor. If there is 10 star rating I would prefer to go 10. Painless tooth extraction, didn’t even feel like your tooth extraction done with in that short time. No words to say simply she is great??

Only saw the doctor for a few minutes, it's more on the office. When I booked my appointment and the front desk confirmed, they did not tell me that it was for a consultation. They acted like it was a cleaning until the end when they said that I would have to schedule again for a cleaning. Once I scheduled, I was told that this was also not a cleaning but, a special cleaning I 'needed' and I would have to schedule another appointment 4 weeks after for the actual cleaning. I have never had this issue and the receptionist was rude when she was the one who had withheld information and not let me know all the information upfront. I ended up cancelling the second appointment since this was an extra charge for something I didn't need.

Dr. Chiru has always done excellent, quick and reliable work. Ive even had a root canal done and it was painless.
Her attention to her patients comfort as well as her guiding and instructing her assistants as she performs procedures, is excellent.

I have bee going to Dr. Chiru for about 2 1/2 yrs now, which started with me getting a full oral exam, then invisalign, teeth cleaning, and everything in between. She is not only beautiful on the outside, but she is beautiful on the inside.
Dr. Chiru and her staff are extremely professional, kind, and informative. Since I've been going my boyfriend has left his previous Dentist an dis not a patient at Dr. Chiru after hearing about my experiences.
I am never waiting for long periods of time, and the single time that happened the Dr. and staff were extremely apologetic, explained the situation, and frankly I didn't event realize I was waiting that long.
Finally, if you are concerned about an office that take the proper precautions, and follow a strict protocol to keep them and their patients safe during this Covid-19 pandemic, this office it top notch. I can't brag how impressed I am, where I feel very safe, and I can't say that about ANY other establishment I go into.
If you're looking for a Dentist, your look is over. I highly recommend giving her and her office a try.

I had a VERY sensitive tooth and therefore I was highly nervous about my procedure. Dr. Chiru and her staff made sure I was COMPLETELY comfortable and pain free before anything else! Would recommend Dr. Chiru to anyone. Drove over an hour for my son to see her. She started everything right away where other Dentist wanted him to wait 3 weeks. Needless to say we have a new Dentist so worth the drive. Thanks Dr. Chiru!!
