Dental rooms we're unclean, needs to be painted and updated. Scheduled an appointment to have my teeth clean never happened. Was given x-rays and told that the hygienist was overbooked and had to leave for other appointments. Dr. Finally came to go over x-rays. Overall experience was disturbing.

The dentist was ok but i was scheduled for a new patient appointment and cleaning. They did not do the cleaning, still charged my insurance for it and the hygienist said I needed a deep periodontal cleaning with an estimate of that was extremely high in comparison to what I expected. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and they stated that I did not need the deep cleaning and just need regular biannual cleanings. I also had to pay out of pocket for an xray that my insurance covers.

Dr did fixed a filling my carving my tooth and creating a debt. She didn’t explain before hand. My tooth feels like there’s a while which will lead to food getting stuck.
I also had swelling and drooping in my face which I have never experienced after any dental visit.

The office staff was very friendly from the front desk attendant to the provider. The wait time before my appointment began was about 25 minutes. The office was clean.
I did not receive the service for which I scheduled an appointment due to the policies of the business (need authorization prior to appointment). I would have liked to have been informed about this prior to my appointment since I included a noted that I would most likely require this specific service. I also felt that I could have been included in my treatment plan more (i.e.. preventative care plan, watching a small, early stage cavity over time as opposed to immediately filling, etc.) because the plan only included immediate medical intervention which I feel might be an over diagnosis.
