After I arrived and signed in, I sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes before anyone said anything. The doctor was great after I waited 50 minutes to be seen. They took normal X-rays as well as pictures of my teeth. It was quick consultation and then the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth. Water was all down my neck during most of the cleaning. I ended up leaving with my teeth half polished and fluoride on my mouth because of the poor job of the dental assistant. I don’t plan on returning.

Dr. Tesfaye Hailemariam was great to see! He explained all concerns clearly and appropriately. The hygienist was a bit rough with the tools for cleaning, but she was expedient.

I like the doctors and professionals. I can see myself making this my permanent office for the forseeable future. My only gripe is that ZocDoc allowed me to reserve a time slot at 7:30am, but the office didn't open until 8am.

I love Dr. H. He always makes sure that my questions are answered and he remembers everything about me whenever I come in. He will also do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable in the chair.

He did not just tell me what treatment I needed to have done. He took the time to explain why and how. Office staff went over my entire treatment plan and was given up front pricing for what I would have to pay out of pocket after my insurance for each part of the process. As a grad student this was especially appreciated. I like to be able to budget for things in advance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Hailemariam! He was professional, personable as the rest of his staff was a delight to work with. No one typically enjoys going to the dentist, but he made it very comfortable even in the midst of getting a root canal. :)

Dr. Hailemariam is a people's dentist. He cares about you & "your mouth" (oral hygiene). He takes the time to talk about the care and gives the best recommendation to you. His staff are phenomenal.
