I was pleased with my visit with him. Unfortunately personal issued have delayed my ability to follow-up and proceed with our plan to address my needs, but I hope to begin seeing this doctor again next year to re-start the process. He agreed with all of my requests and didn't try to push me towards dentures and quick-fixes when I preferred implants and a long-term solution. He understood my needs and promised to work with me to reach my goals.

Dr. Tran is extremely patient and very calming. Going to the dentist can be a grueling and scary process, however, Dr. Tran has a very calm, kind demeanor. I went in for a dental cleaning, and was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

The first nurse kept rushing thru my cleaning procedure so much that it was hurting me. She blamed it on the vibration of the tool then switched to the traditional cleaning tool. She mentioned several times that she had other patients while working on me in such a way I felt I was impeding on her time. When I inquired about the mismanagement of my time (they had already double booked my initial time slot though I received a 6am confirmation via email and blamed it on the ZocDoc ap) she laughed and hurried me to the receptionist. If I hadn't firmly asked to have a completed visit they were already in communications to have me come back later in the day (which would have made my 3rd appointment for one intended visit). The second nurse was kind and helpful she explained everything to make sure I had no follow up questions and wanted to show me the impact of my procedure. If it wasn't for her my review would probably be much worse.

It was a smaller practice but good team. I got to meet everyone when I went in. Got my xray, cleaning and night guard done. The doctor went through the xrays and gave good recommendations. Was not pushy like others and was very honest with the diagnosis. Definitely worth the travel.

I was very impressed with the entire staff. Tammy was funny, Lydia was nice, Dr. Tran was very nice and easy to relate to and Donna, the Hygienist made me feel comfortable and she was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for further treatment! !!

The staff is amazing, everyone is extremely nice. Dr. Tran is stupendous, there was a time I was able to get in contact with him at 1am!!! That sealed the deal for me on my choice of a dentist. I highly recommend this office, you will always leave with a smile. A great one at that!
