Got only good things to say about this place. Some of the friendliest workers I've met in the medical field work there, and I felt fully confident in Dr Osama Siddiqui's abilities as a dentist. This was well worth the 25 minutes commute!

I had visited two prior dentists who both thought I had a crazy amount of cavities- and Dr. Siddiqui was clear in explaining what in the x-rays could’ve led them to those analysis and explaining to me what were true cavities and what was just staining and easily remedied in ways not needing me to get so many fillers. Great bedside manner, made me feel very comfortable! Assistants were very friendly too and never made me feel pain through my normal cleanup procedure. Highly recommend.

Dr. Osama was very friendly and listened to my concerns, very gentle with the treatment. Although the service from the dental assistants was just okay, one of them dig a little deeper on the throat when suctioning and a little rough on cleaning. I would also appreciate if they introduce themselves and explain about the care that they will be performing. Other than that, I would still give them another and come for another appointment.

I’ve always been terrified of the dentist and I’ve had enough work done to justify it.
Dr. Siddiqui and his staff have abated my fears and are solving my current dental issues with a high level of skill and bedside manner. He has made something everyone pretty much hates to do (going to the dentist) not quite so bad. I really lucked out with this one. Highly recommend.

I always look for a dentist near me, however I was in the Dallas metroplex when I had a toothache and due to the great reviews I chose to see Dr. Siddiqui. Even though I had no insurance, Susan the office manager was able to work me up an affordable dental plan where I could afford the root canal and crown that I needed for my emergency dental visit. Araceli, the dental assistant was very knowledgable & compassionate & helped me through my dental anxiety. Once Dr. Siddiqui started working, he was able to save the tooth with a crown, saving me pain and the cost of the root canal. He is very gentle and caters to sissies and that is always a plus. I was so grateful to find a dentist that is very good & affordable. for the extensive work I needed. Thank you Dr. Siddiqui and staff for the excellent care provided to me at my dental appointment. Everyone who needs a good, affordable, gentle dentist should give Dr. Siddiqui a try.

I recently moved to Dallas and was on the search for a new dentist. A google search led me to Dr. Siddiqui's office. I've moved around a lot and been through my fair share of dentist. I can honestly say he's the best one I've come across. I had to get a procedure done and I was dreading it. But his compassion and gentleness put me at ease. He thoroughly explained what I needed right away and was elective. I never felt that I was obligated for anything. After he started the procedure, he constantly asked if I was comfortable and ensured I wasn't in pain. His office staff is also always a pleasure to deal with. The dreaded dental visits are going to feel much better now ! I'd recommend him to everyone !

I have had a lot of MAJOR dental work and had multiple dentists. However Dr Siddiqui was by far the most gentle, compassionate, and precise. He is a perfectionist when it comes to aesthetics & choosing a staff. Everyone in his office shares his compassion for helping others and I felt feeling like family. When calling, Susan eases your fears before entering the office. Elizabeth has your benefits verified so there is no financial surprises. Araceli & Genesis are a dynamic duo on Xrays & treatment in the back ! Smile Makeover is truly the total package when seeking a dental provider. If you need a new dentist or any major dental work, this is truly the office to go to.
