Despite receiving bad news about my dental health, my experience at FLOSS Dental on W 38th was SO great. Diamond, the receptionist, was very patient and provided lots of information to me.
Jerry, the dental hygienist, was so sweet and friendly! She also has an amazing 30 years of experience, so she is very educated! She knows all about what she's doing and she can explain it to you in as much detail (or as little!) as you'd like. She was just absolutely endearing, and honestly, I feel like I took a mini-dental college course just talking to her!
Last but not least, Dr. Paiva was extremely professional and also informative. She was patient with all my questions and it felt like we were working as a team (same as with Jerry!). Ah, and Chelsea (the dental assistant, I think) was just as friendly and professional as all of the rest of the staff.
Highly recommend this business to everyone!

Very professional and hip staff. The only reason I waited any time to see the doctor was because it was a first time visit and I had to fill out some paperwork. Everything went smoothly after that. The office has all the latest dentistry technology and Dr. Paiva was very good explaining everything about my treatment plan, etc. The only reason I still say "Probably" in the "Would you recommend this professional?" is that it was my first visit and didn't have any work done. It was a diagnostic visit only. Once I have actual treatment I'll be able to qualify my review better.

This was the best Dental Office and visit I've ever been to. Dr. Paiva was great and explained everything to me. I would recomend her to all my family and friends.

Very nice office, professional staff. Dr. Paiva was very thorough and informative on the condition of my teeth, gums, jaws, etc. The dental tech, Betty, was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
