Love this dentist would recommend her and her staff to anyone the were AWESOME and attentive as well as informative
The office staff is friendly and helpful. The appointment for a cleaning took 2hrs. Not happy with how long it took. Everything else was wonderful.
Very professional, caring and understanding.
She was nice. Extremely professional with the order of operations. On top of staff as well as patients procedures , so people got in and out. I really liked everyone, I came in contact with at the office. Definitely going back, second appointment already made. ??
Great friendly helpful staff
Staff was noticeably nice and warming.
I had an excellent experience, this is my Dentist from now on. I highly recommend this office.
This was my first visit with Dr. Jamison and I am pleased with every aspect used in delivery of my care to include the facility. Her and her staff have earned my business!
Appointment was good the Dental Associate was nice but a little rough in my mouth. I needed a good cleaning but felt she was very rough.
She was wonderful and very helpful in explaining everything to me. I look forward to many more visits with her. Her staff was amazing as well and so helpful and understanding.
I would definitely see this doctor again. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the doctor was professional and thorough.
I thought my visit went absolutely wonderful. Dr. Tiffany Jamison- Rand and her staff was very kind ,and they made me and my family very comfortable . We look forward to returning soon !
It was a great to find a professional so close to home that did excellent work. I would refer her to anyone anytime. Professional office...great people!!
Excellent! As a new patient, I was taken care of very well. This will be my new dentist.
I was looking for a dentist to do some cosmetic work on my smile and I found her!
I filled my forms out online and did not have to wait long in the lobby. I like to schedule my doctor appointments back to back so timeless is important to me. I like the added touch of the new patient welcome letter.
Dr Jamison and her staff were super friendly and extremely patient with me as I am a big baby
Staff was very friendly but Dr. Jamison was rude and rushed everything she did. She was so much in a hurry that she stabbed my tongue three times with the drill while doing my fillings. I didnt notice intill I got home and looked in the mirror, she didnt even tell me. I find that so unprofessional of her not to say anything. The novacain has worn off but I can't speak properly due to the swelling of my tongue. Disapointed, in pain and won't be going back.
Dr. Jamison did a quick but very sloppy job on my fillings. She also was very rude to her assistant while she was doing my fillings. I thought it was very unprofessional
It was horrible!!!!!
I am very shocked by the service I received at this facility, due to the fact the reviews were so high on this website. I usually never leave reviews, but I do read them prior to selecting a service provider. When I arrived, I was hesitant because there was an obvious mildew smell and the rooms were slightly more beat down than I have ever seen in a dental facility. However, I told myself not to be snotty and trust that they were reputable based on their reviews. I felt the some members of the office was unprofessional, as I heard comments about other patients while I was there and there were comments made about me while I was sitting there. I will mention that there was one male tech that I felt was very sensitive and professional, despite his colleagues. There was also the finance lady whom was very polite and down to earth. When it was time for my fillings, I was shot with Novacane without warning by the dentist and I felt it was done in a complete rush. I was literally told that I was, "squeezed in." The shocking thing about this statement made to me was that I would have had no problem rescheduling if they were unable to complete the work. It was the office's insistence that I complete my dental work the same day. I never complained or made a comment, but I was slightly disturbed when I was left flat for an hour with no one checking on me. I had no idea what the plan was, but I still shrugged it off assuming that the wait was due to allowing the Novacane to kick in. However, I was extremely disturbed when the dentist returned and laid me very flat without saying much else. However, she did apologize for the wait. I immediately felt I could not breath and I simply asked her if I would be allowed to occasionally sit up to regain my breath. I am currently 8 months pregnant and you literally cannot be completely flat for an extended amount of time without losing your breath. She pulled me up and said, "There is a lot going on today and If you are going to be moving up and down, it's not going to work." She sent me out to reschedule without a word. I promise that I have never been so shocked. I was already numb in my mouth and had been punctured at least five times with the Novacane needle. So, to be sent out to the front to reschedule without a chance to respond was a complete shock. I was not asked if that was okay or what I wanted to do. I was not even told, "good-bye". I was so humiliated and never felt I could be treated so poorly by a professional. I was numb and in pain for three hours and I had no work done. It took me a few hours to write my review because I was so hurt. My husband and children tried their best to cheer me up, but you can't easily erase the feelings of humiliation. You can't erase the feelings of worthlessness and being mistreated. I would strongly caution people about this facility. I hope they improve their professionalism for the sake of their practice.
Dr. Jamison-Rand was great. She did a good job explaining and took her time. The only thing I didn't like was the hygenist. She had me in a very uncomfortable postion during my entire cleaning making it a bad experience.
Really loved the front desk clerks. Not only friendly but just awesome!!! Mrs. Boynton
I like the clean and fresh smell of the office. They said they have just relocated to this location . I liked my visit with them so I will go back and refer my friends and Fam
Everyone was nice, but the entire office smells, kind of like sewage. The dental assistant told me I need a crown on a tooth that already has a crown. He didn't recognize that I had a crown and thought it was a regular tooth. When Dr. Jamison came in she spoke to him in a degrading manner. That was kind of uncomfortable. To top it all off, when my teeth were being cleaned by the hygienist, the cap came off of the little hose that rises your teeth and water sprayed all over my face. I don't plan to go back for any of the services outlined in my treatment plan. Which reminds me, I asked for a copy of my recommended treatment and instead of getting me a typed up copy, the receptionist just handwritten a few things on a torn sheet of paper.
I would recomend her to anybody!!! Everyone there is so sweet and funny.
Dentist didn't discuss with me which teeth needed to be taken care of the soonest. The hygienist basically rinsed my mouth out with water. The worse cleaning I have ever had. She picked maybe two teeth. She didn't understand what I was saying to her. My visit was rushed and I felt they were out for money. I was immediately billed and pressured to schedule a date. I had to keep asking staff to explain billing to me.
Dr Jamison presents as a calm, confident, pleasant - yet busy- doctor. She has a well-greased support staff too. Terrific.
I went to sleep Thursday night feeling fine. Woke up 1am in pain and was up all night. Went online and booked a 11am appt (first one available online on zocdoc). I showed up at the office at 830am in the worst pain ever and the cold air made it worse. I was taken straight back, got an xray and Dr. Jamison was right there ready to numb me up. So thankful that she helped me even though I was very early for my appt. p.
Everyone was friendly they were thorough and great!
I love her
It was a great experience. The whole staff was very friendly and polite. You can tell that they focus on customer service and make it a priority. I will be going back again next week. Thank You So Much !! Sincerely, Paul A. Chase
Best dentist I've ever been to.
The name"Comfort Dental" truly suits this office. They have an excellent staff from the receptionist, dental assistants, and the dentist. The staff was overly caring(something that most office lack), patient, and very considerate. I went in to have my wisdom tooth extracted, but need to see an Oral surgeon. They worked diligently until I had an appointment to get it done. Most offices would've left it up to me to find a dr, but they truly helped. I would highly recommend the Dr and her staff!!
My visit with Dr. Jamison was wonderful. The staff was very knowlegable and informative. The office was extremely clean and high tech. I loved the educational videos because they gave me a lot of information on my needed treatment. I enjoyed my visit and would highly recommended Dr. Jamison to my friends and family.
The staff seemed to be very under-trained. There were numerous instances of mix-ups while I was at the office, including a women who thought she had an appointment because at her previous visit, they mixed her up with someone else and gave her the other woman's appointment. They also had to take the same x-ray of the same spot in my mouth five times because the "software" wasn't working, and they got confused about how much I had available in insurance for the year. The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but for me, there was too much confusion among the staff for a first visit.
This was my second time going to Dr. Jamison and Comfort Dental. This visit was a follow-up to my initial exam and x-rays. Dental Services: This was also another good visit, and received good care once again. The only issue I had this time around was that I did not receive thorough aftercare instructions for my procedure. After services were rendered, I would have asked, but my mouth was too numb to speak. Administratively: The only issue I had was on the financial side when the office did not have the correct classification or insurance coverage percentage for the services I had done, so I ended up overpaying for my services. I will admit, I should have had the information with me to double check what the office had on file., but I was too trusting that the information they had was correct. This is a just a lesson learned. However, once we contacted them about the error, they verified with the insurance company what is in our plan, they corrected the charges. Overall: I would still recommend Tiffany Jamison. Just make sure you know your dental plan and ask ahead of time the codes and cost of the services, so you know up front what you are supposed or expected to pay. It will prevent any issues you might have after the fact. Also, this is a great place to go if you don't have dental insurance, which is the reason I went here in the first place, because they offer discounted dental plan and the consistently
I had a severe toothache and they were able to help me out immediately in a pleasant and professional manner.
My girlfriend would not go to the dentist despite a nagging toothache that she would get almost daily. I made this appointment and took her myself. Dr. Jamison not only removed the nagging tooth but found roots from other extractions she had in the past that were never removed. The Dr. numbed her jaws up and cleaned out all the problems. I know my girl will be feeling a lot better now. Thanks Dr. J!
Great doctor and staff extremely considerate and helpful. They went over options and told me everything that we could expect for my daughter's treatment plan. Great Team!
I loved Her
Shes Awesome! Me and my daughter have both been going to Tiffany for over 3 years and shes always to the point and efficient. Whether emergency or regular checkups she awesome with kids. gave my daughter fillings and my daughter didn't feel the shot all.

Awesome! They were very nice and thorough
Loved it!!! I love going here.
She was nice and made me feel really comfortable.they cleaned my teeth really good and the best part was that i didnt have to wait long.
Very cordial and professional staff. Minor wait for my appointment but the staff made up for it by just being pleasant and attentive.
She is wonderful. Very attentive and thorough with her explanation of treatment. Some of her staff is a little disorganized, but very friendly.
Great very helpful
Great customer service
Very professional and caring
Was really comfortable and and efficient-other than the hour wait (but it was the day before New Year's Eve). The waiting room was comfortable though-having movies shown on a flat screen and refreshments available. Doctor and staff seemed very knowledgeable and accommodating.
