I am going back. She was pleasant, very careful, very thorough and showed you everything that’s happening in your mouth with pictures. Answered all questions. Equipment was not old technology. Staff most pleasant. What’s not to like.

Dr. Liu is a general dentist with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. He strongly believes that learning from his peers and colleagues provides a better clinical experience for his patients. Dr. Liu also completed advanced clinical and didactic training in General Dentistry with intensive hospital experience at the New York University of Rochester Hospital.
Dr. Liu moved to the Bay Area in 2021 and currently lives in the East Bay with his golden retriever, Dodo. During his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with Dodo and his family.

They are not in-network of Metlife, as is noted in ZocDoc. I was given and estimate and was left with an additional bill that was more than double my estimate.
Dr. Liu was fine, but his assistant kept drifting and dribbling the water on me to the point he had to tell her to not push down on his hand while he was working with his drill.
The people at the front desk were great. I will absolutely not come back

Atmosphere is friendly. Many people in the office attended to me in a friendly and professional manner. Office is beautiful and they have a parking lot for patients which is a bonus considering it so close to UC Berkeley and parking can be hard to find. They also have up to date technology.

My visit was good. I called the office this morning and they were able to fit me in today. The check in process was super easy and fast, I was called back within less than 5 min. to see the Dentist. Dr. Lui and the assistant were very through in examining me and listening to all my problems I like how Dr. Lui explains everything to me at each step through examining me. I would recommend Dr. Lui!

Dr. Liu is good and thorough. The front desk staff seems nice but not so respectful. Regarding the treatment plan, the front desk staff can't explain well and unclear communication. Like the doctor, not so much about office staffs.

It's a very friendly and welcoming office. The hygienist Dean is wonderful. Dr. Liu was kind, thorough and explained the dental care I needed very well. My appointments were quickly scheduled. There is a lot of availability, no waiting, and the office staff was very attentive to communicate & accommodate my needs pre and post appointment.
