We are happy long time clients of Dr. Reynolds. She & her professional staff continously provide authentically friendly service & a standard of care that you can not find at many dental offices. Her office accepts most dental plans & she stays current with the newest procedures. Also, working with me as a parent to encourage my "sluggish" brushers & flossers to be more diligent in that area is a plus for me. I can't say enough great things about her establishment. Great Service, My 5 year old daughter was able to get her tooth extracted with no problem. They made her feel comfortable, and they took their time with her, which made everything go smoothly.

The total care was unbelievable. No real pain all evening but taking meds as prescribed. Excellent instructions for at home care. So far so good. everything went so fast that I couldn't believe the "problem" had been removed.

Dr. Reynolds and her staff always makes the 6 month check up a more pleasant experience. Going to the dentist is not my favorite appointment, but I always leave laughing & smiling! She answers your questions openly & honest.

Spent more time with her assistant and her secretary than I did the actual doctor. Took them more than an hour to do the x-rays before they started cleaning without local anesthesia. He kept telling me, well just gonna do most of it before we get her in her to numb you up???? I have always had them numb you up before they started a procedure. The Dr. finally came in gave me my referral and quickly left. The secretary and the assistant said we had to do 1/2 the cleaning today and the second 1/2 next week, went to check out and was promptly told they did not have a single opening for another month. The secretary made a rude laughing comment calling me sweetie saying we can just put you back in the chair for another hour, I said sure she then went back to the procedure area came back with a oh I will have a apt with the actual dentist to finish the work next week. Extremely unprofessional staff, loud rap music playing in the back round, sarcastic backhand comments from the secretary, and general rude inexperience unprofessional behavior once I finish the last part of this cleaning I will never return to the office with that type of service being offered.

I had a toothache when I arrived without an appointment. The
super staff took immediate care of me and two hours later I had
received two root canals and two temp crowns. This entire
office combines professionalism and courteous care.
Highly recommend.

The time that I waited is very unsettling. My appt was at 1pm and I was there for 2 hours and still never received my cleaning. I was hoping this would of been the dentist for me and my family but I think I will have to keep looking giving my first experience.

I am truly impressed with Dr. Reynolds professionalism, top of the line technology and a very friendly, helpful, and caring staff. Dr. Reynolds and her staff truly go the extra mile to care for your dental needs and make you feel very comfortable; it makes my trip to the dentist pleasurable. The name Family Smile Center really fits because they make you feel like "FAMILY". If you are looking for the best dentist, look no further you will find her at Family Smile Center.

My Family has been visiting Dr. Reynolds office for 3 years. Her office is very comfortable,relaxing,personalized care, friendly service, great dental work, on-time appointmensts.Dr. Reynolds make treatment plans you can afford and one that will give you a smile to be proud of again. She spends a olt of tiem with her patients, shows you all the options and help for you to make the right decisions for your dental treatment. This is an amazing dentist!!!!

The staff at Family Smile Center are so warm, caring, and friendly. Dr. Reynolds is amazing. She was concerned with the health of my teeth. She was very professional and caring. I felt comfortable while she worked on my teeth. I would highly recommend this office and dentist to anyone.
