I was seen over 1 hour after my appointment time. The waiting room is small, there was used tissue on the floor. The dentist recommended unnecessary procedures, the hygienist was much more pleasant and realistic.

Dr. Graham was a joy! I enjoyed my visit with him! He was thorough and let me know everything going on and why he is recommending services. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating and respectful of my time. I was looking for a ne dentist and this office exceeded my expectations, they now have a new patient! At first I was a little nervous, but as soon as I arrived , the front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. The office was very professional and awesome music was playing all throughout the office which helped with settling my fears and nerves. I did not have to wait long whereby I was seen by several dental assistants with each one being superb and professional and very friendly. I initially was there to have my 5yr+ dentures realigned, but after speaking with the Dr. , he recommended that I have new ones made at a very good deal. I then spoke with the office manger ( Ms. Norma Jean ) who was outstanding, funny, very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me how my insurance and payments would be. I was shocked to see that I could get brand new dentures. I am both thankful to God and all of the staff for changing my life. My only regret is that I did not book with them sooner.

Entering the building I was greeted. I shared a story on how far I drove to get to the office, we laughed and talked about how I made the best decision to see the Stone Mt location. Kaylin who took my X-rays she is amazing and patient and Kim the hygienist she is awesome and very detailed. Dr. Jarred Graham he is outstanding, very professional, beautiful teeth, and will let you know upfront after his exam what he can do to make you feel better about your smile and your overall oral health. If you want that confidence back when you smile go see Dr. Jarred Graham and his Supeen Team at Sage Dental in Stone Mt. you will not be disappointed. Oh by the way the music will make you forget about any pain you have when you walked in and when you leave??.

I am sorry but this was not a great visit. I arrived at 9:50 am for a 10:00 am appointment but did not go back until after 10:45 am. The station they took me to was not clean and there was a roach on the floor. The office seemed overbooked and overly busy. The dentist seemed frustrated by how busy the office was and during my treatment he was complaining to a coworker. It was just alot of waiting. Waiting to see the dentist, waiting for an estimate, waiting for a cleaning. I arrived at 9:50 am and did not leave until 2 pm. I work and I feel like that is unacceptable. I will say the staff is very nice. The ladies at the front desk let me charge my phone so I could inform my manager that I was going to be late. The dental hygienist was also very nice and informative. She did a good job on my teeth cleaning.

Very unprofessional. After one hour of waiting, she tells me to come back tomorrow so she can put me in a plan. I don’t even see the dentist. I’ve been driving 58 miles to get there. They better figure out for the new patients. It doesn’t make any sense after waiting for one hour and you ask me to book another appointment.

I was satisfied with the visit but I would've like more time with the dentist to explain the course of action. I got an itemized list but after the visit I don't know which is which and what is the priority. The hygienist was respectful, the staff was respectful. There was one woman whose name I don't know but she was amazing. She helped take x-rays and explain things in my care plan that the hygienist or dentist didn't explain to me.

The office staff was not friendly at all. The dentist came in and spoke to me for maybe three minutes and then left everything up to the hygienist. The hygienist try to upsell me like we were at a car lot. I had been to a dentist prior and had a very good visit and was told that my teeth were in great shape and she tried to talk me into a cleaning that cost almost a large amount. I will not return and will be disputing the claim with my insurance provider.
