The wait was 2+ hrs before we saw the dentist. She was quite rude. Bad bedside manner. The back staff was great though. The front desk and the x-ray techs and the dental hygienists were friendly. The person that gave the price estimate made it seem pretty pushy. I would not recommend this place based on our overall experience. They benefit from low income people with Medi-cal not having much options.

Kept us there forever when could have just seen us and explain why the tooth won't (not can't) be extracted by Western Dental.

The wait time was long. I spent nearly four hours there just for a cleaning and to take care of one cavity. Not sure if i'll go back.
