I was pleased with my first experience here and appreciated the attention to detail from the staff. Doctor Veronica was great at explaining my health plan and wanting I had resources readily available for next steps. The space also really calming and comfortable upon arrival which was a plus for me.

Overall, satisfactory. Nice staff at all points of the visit. Cool "Comfort Menu". Very nice and informative Dentist. The only downside was that I didn't feel the cleaning and polishing was as thorough as my previous dentist. I didn't leave with that squeaky-clean feeling.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ramirez. She was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She was able to discuss my dental care in a way that was accessible and easy for me to receive. I am a person for whom the dentist can provoke anxiety. I felt at ease from the moment I stepped foot in the office to the moment I left. Furthermore, I booked an appointment swiftly to address acute tooth pain, which was treated, and left with a new provider. I'd recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dental office where respect, cleanliness, superb bedside manner, and a willingness to support patients' where they are at, are at the core of what they do.

Everyone at the office is so kind & helpful! There are lots of amenities to make you comfortable. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and had a s#%! ton of cavities but no one made me feel shamed about it. Dr. Ramirez is patient and thoughtful, and explains everything clearly. The office helped me make my treatment plan so that I could best use my health insurance.

This was the best dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Ramirez was a clear communicator, very kind and thorough. She explained what she was doing and made sure that I felt a part of the process. The dental hygienist, Simon, was gentle and a clear communicator. He also explained each step and gave me pointers with flossing and brushing. The entrance is very calming and the receptionist was kind and helpful. I cannot recommend this practice enough!!!!

Such a lovely office! I’ve had some sour experiences lately making appointments, but everyone here was so welcoming and had read my concerns I wrote on my form. There was clear communication every step of the way and they detailed my treatment plan very thoroughly. I would recommend this office to anyone.

The dentist was very nice and explained everything. The assistant barely spoke to me and splattered toothpaste and water all over my face during my cleaning and didn't say a word about it...very odd and uncomfortable.

Dr. Ramirez is a great communicator and informed me about every issue, things to look out for and gave an explanation on why they were doing what they did. I typically hate going to the dentist and get a lot of anxiety but this was hands down the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly kind, they talked explained everything clearly, and they have a ton of services in house so no having to deal with external referrals!

My appointment with Dr. Ramirez was probably one of the best dental appointments that I've ever had. It had been a little bit since my last dental cleaning and not only was she so kind, but super transparent about everything that she was going to do. I love how she explained everything in a way that I could understand and provided me with different options for how to best assist me. Not to mention, everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend her!
