I was a bit judgemental at first when I saw how the office was set up. It was wide open with 4 dental chairs right next to each other with everyone being able to see what dental work they are performing! This was my first visit to this office and I'm used to being in each seperate dental rooms but the dentist bedside manners made up for the lack of privacy. Dr Oroz was very informatitive about my daughters care. I am going back next week.

I had to wait over 2 hours because they didn't accept my zoc doc appointment because they forgot to put it in their schedule. Awful! I've requested them to be taken off of zoc doc because they didn't honor my next appointment this time stating that they do not accept zoc doc appointments. I reported them to zoc doc and they're still on here!!! Don't go here the staff is also very rude up front.

Great dentist! Will highly reccomend this office. I'm so glad to find a children's dentist in the Heights. Dr. Zurita is an excellent dentist. My daughter loves going to the dentist now, that makes me feel great.

Dr. Zurita really made the visit comfortable for the kids. I loved the atmosphere and staff too. I can't imagine going anywhere else from now on. The kids actually had a great time.

The doctor was extremely rushed and spoke down to his staff. He looked at my teeth for 1 minute and then informed me I had seven cavities and possibly a root canal (I went in for a routine cleaning.) At the close of the appointment he talked extensively about 3 seperate procedures I needed to have done-that after I questioned him on, he admitted were all cosmetic in my case (teeth bleaching, gum graft surgery, and filling in a small ridge on my tooth.) I am most definitely going to have to get a second opinion, and have wasted my morning.
