I've been going to Dr. Rauschel for 13 years and several family members also go there. I've always had excellent care and wonderful caring people and I feel comfortable with all of them. I would definitely recommend Sierra family dentistry, Dr. Rauschel and all his staff.

The positive is that the staff is friendly. However, I would say there is a fine line between genuinely friendly and "car salesman friendly." This felt more like the latter as they were trying to sell a product/service I did not need and the vibe felt manufactured. I also was given services without permission or verification that my insurance was covering it, and had I known I would have declined. This is a business model that puts the profit interest of the organization over its' patients/clients well-being (think of Enron).
I also took the recommendations of this office and ran them by several friends of mine who went to prestigious dental schools and they disagreed with most their suggestions.
If you are new to the area and/or want to try a new dentist, I would say proceed with caution, but based on my experience, I would avoid this place like the plague!

I felt very comfortable with all the procedures that were performed. The scary part that I have experienced in the past with other offices was the numbing process and here, I didn't feel anything taking place. Everyone was very friendly and explained every step completely.
I didn't feel that they were there to collect as much money as they could and suggest more procedures than needed.

This office is amazing! They are all super friendly and they go the extra mile. They are very professional and I trust them with all of my dental needs. Their office is always clean and has up to date technology. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to Dr. Rauschel for many years and I will never change, he's the best dentist that I have ever been to! He and his office staff and gentle, kind, and very understanding. It's always a happy place, you will hear laughing when you are there!

It may be an overstatement to say that I look forward to visiting the dentist, but the staff at Sierra makes the experience as pleasant as it can be. I really appreciate the provision of treatment, cost and insurance information up front. Never any surprises.
