The office was really nice inside! It was decorated so well and felt very clean. Dr. Desai did a great job at explaining everything to me in detail and everyone I interacted with from the front desk to the cleaning to checking out was very personable and seemed generally happy to be there. It was also the least unpleasant/painful cleaning I have had in a long time which I appreciated!

Visit for new patient was longer than typical, they do a 3D modeling of your mouth to detect teeth movement over the years (nice, but not something I was expecting). I was not expecting the appointment to be 1.5 hours. However, the office was clean, up to date tech, and friendly staff. Good cleaning job overall.

After graduating from NYU and University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Dr. Viraj Desai wanted to establish an Austin dental practice that focused as much on quality care as patient comfort. She made the move from NYC to Austin, and SWISH Dental came to be. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Desai loves to explore Austin’s outdoors and thriving music scene. She is also a practicing yogi, fashion connoisseur, & avid traveler.
Dr. Desai is also a Diamond Plus Invisalign Provider and is currently working towards her fellowship with the AGD. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, & Capital Area Dental Society.

I had such a pleasant experience at Swish! Every single member of the staff was friendly and information. My assistant, Marissa, gave me a tour of the facility and was wonderful through the whole visit Their facility was cute and cleanly! They also keep local rotating art up on the walls! I'm excited to go back for my next cleaning!

Super upbeat and exciting environment. Dentist offices can be a bit dreadful but I’m so glad I found Swish. Both Dentist and Hygienist were sweet and explained everything very thoroughly. Also I got to watch The Office on their flat screen which made the appointment go super fast.

The assistant had bad breath which was a HUGE turnoff. The actual dentist smelled fine but I still feel stuff on my teeth and not the shiny feeling you usually have.

I've seen several Dentists in Austin and Dr. Desai and her team were by far the best. Friendly and cheerful staff early in the morning, state of the art tech to give you and Dr. Desai a great look at your teeth and comfortable rooms. They even offer blankets (which as someone that always runs cold, I appreciate). I will definitely be back and be recommending Swish Dental.

Dr Patel and her Swish team are in the Best in Austin. I’ve gone to my share of dentists and they just took care of me from start to finish. Their level of compassion is like no other.
The office is so modern and beautiful and everyone Is so attention detailed. I have a complex mouth with Many things going on and she put me at ease for my plan.
I have also now had the work in my mouth and everything feels so good. I’ve never felt better.
6 stars for the Swish folks!

This office was amazing. Everything is set up so nicely with the aesthetic and super friendly check in lady. She even offered me water. I was seen quickly as I had an overnight emergency and all of my concerns were addressed. Their office is brand new and everything is up to date. I really enjoyed my conversation with the tech.
Dr Patel is very friendly and thorough. She did her best to make sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. She even fixed my problem same day.

I came in early to fill out paperwork. I fully anticipated waiting until the scheduled appointment time. Fortunately, I was seen well before. Dr. Patel and her staff were very thorough in explaining the issue and explaining the possible action steps.
I'm normally very uncomfortable in the dentist office, but this was a rather painless visit.

I've gotten some cosmetic work done here as well as my routine cleanings and really could not be happier with my new smile. They worked out a great payment plan for me and dr patel and kenneth were so good. I've been in the dental chair many of times so I know the good and the bad. They truly provide excellence in service and care. If you are anxious like me, this is the place for you.

They came highly recommended from a friend and everything our friend had said was true. Extremely accommodating and they go over all procedures before doing anything so there are no billing surprises.
Extremely high tech and has a modern feel. The doctor went over all my X-rays and exam and made sure I understood everything. Chris the Hygenist was very gentle and thorough. I will be returning back for fillings soon.

EXCELLENT service! Over the weekend, I called the office and was able to get Dr. Patel over the phone. I had never been to this office and she was so helpful over the phone. She gave me instructions for the weekend and they saw me Monday. They were able to fix my smile and make me look good again.

This is now the 3rd screw up I have had with this place and I am absolutely furious. I went in to have my permanent crown put on yesterday and the lab didn't make it right so they put my temporary back on. Well, sitting at work in a meeting and it just fell off!! Had to make another Appt in April for the permanent when it comes back. I already had one bad experience (before this) with this place. At this point, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They might have a clean office and nice employees but JESUS CHRIST - this is infuriating!!! People CANNOT keep taking off work like its nothing to have their mistakes fixed.

I have been using this location since it first opened and I was very excited to see a north location since I had heard about this place from friends. I was having terrible pain last week and they were able to get me in swiftly and schedule the root canal and crown for the same week. I liked the convenience of the location and the great care I was given. Everyone from check in to check out explained my options very thoroughly.
Everyone there was warm and welcoming into their office. I am so happy with the color of my crown and it looks so natural. They even offered me free whitening which was the cherry on top.
I will be sending all of my friends and family over to this office. Great service!

Dr Patel had excellent bedside manner. Much better that the cleaning I had where the tech just ignored me when I told him I have extreme anxiety about the dentist and is partly to blame why I haven't been to the dentist in years.
Dr Patel did the opposite and made sure I was ok throughout the procedure and had a very kind caring disposition.

Dr Patel is absolutely amazing. I came in to get my filling replaced and it was done so fast! She and Kenny were very sweet. I told them from experience with filling that my jaw tends to get tired. They gave me a mouth guard and it made the procedure 100x easier for me! Thank you so much.

I absolutely love the whole staff. It wouldn't be fair to not mention how wonderful the Floss staff was. They were genuinely nice and so helpful. Anything I didn't understand, they took time to explain it to me. I never felt rushed at any point, which is rare visiting a medical office.

I have been to this office before but today was having an emergency pain. They were quickly able to get me in for my examination and take care of my treatment. Dr. Patel went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable and the person on the phone was extremely empathetic and helpful to my situation. It also helps that they are modern and up to date office.

Hygienist was pretty bad. The office seemed devoid of personality. Nice place, effective, but overall pretty cold and unfeeling. The receptionist Manda Amanda was warm and welcoming but it ended there.

The Doctor was fine. It was her assistant (some young Hispanic kid) that was rough, sloppy and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He flossed my teeth really rough, my bib fell on the floor, he didn't replace it with a new one. My shirt got wet from all the water he was splashing around. Careless.

All of the staff is aware of you at all times making sure you and your needs are met , from the front desk to assistants, hygenist and Dr . Patel know how to give you that "FLOSS" Expierence . I am very pleased from te treatment plan presentation to the actual treatment letting you know step by step of the procedure making sure you go home satisfied and with post-op instructions.
