Went to have a deep cleaning procedure today. I was early for the appointment, about 30mins early, but I didn't have to wait long before the dental assistant and the dentist saw me. Every step was explained to me clearly and I'm glad how painless everything was. Overall, good service so far.

First of all, he is really professional and has really good manner. However, when he was treating me his next appointment was there already. He was very hurry and finish the treatment. My appointment that made through Zocdoc were not honored. Seems like it was something side business he gets extra costumers from the app.

Dr. Jack Fan and everyone else in the office was very nice and took their time explaining things to me. I was seen as soon as I finished my paperwork and was out in no time. Previously, I didn’t have a great experience my last dentist visit in a different location which prevented me from returning. Meeting with Dr. Fan has given me a different outlook and I look forward to my next appointment!
