This doctor is very friendly and definitely asks about your concerns. The assistants in the back are also very friendly and respectful. HOWEVER, the wait time is ridiculous! You should not have to wait up to two hours for the dentist to spend 15 minutes top with you. If the day isn’t running as smoothly as expected someone needs to contact patients prior to instead of it being a habit of waiting more than 30 minutes to be seen. They need a better system ASAP. About 5 patients were also complaining about the same thing when I went in. Once this problem is figured out, the service will be much better.
