Dr. Shilpa Trivedi is an invaluable member of the team at Preferred Dental Care. She graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1990 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Trivedi excels in all aspects of dentistry and has been a respected general and prosthodontic dentist at PDC for over 25 years.
Combining her advanced education and state-of-the-art technology at Preferred Dental Care, she offers the highest level of oral care. Her goal is to eradicate dental disease from society by providing healthy teeth and gums for a lifetime.
She stays current with advances in dentistry and continually updates her skills to provide excellent care. Dr. Trivedi believes that a one-on-one approach not only achieves wonderful esthetic results but also compassionately addresses patients’ concerns about longevity, health, and dental fears.
She is a member of The Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and The New York State Dental Society. Beyond dentistry, Dr. Trivedi actively works alongside various human rights organizations, including The Citizen’s Commission on Human Rights, Youth for Human Rights, The Second Chance Program, and The Way to Happiness Foundation, among others.

The staff was immensely friendly and was with me every step of the way. I got a cleaning done there and out of all the dentists this was the most gentle and I had an ulcer inside of my cheek and they were very careful about that. The equipment was very high end and the office was very organized from top to bottom. Loved the experience

I have went to this office many times for cleaning, whitening, and for my Invisalign treatment. This has been my best dental experience and even recommended my mother to come here for her dental needs.

Would not recommend! Was charged out of pocket and waited almost a month for a refund even after calling THREE times and got THREE different answers. I spoke to the front desk and they stated someone would call me back, no one did. I reached out again and spoke to the “office manager Neru” and she lied about my refund being processed and how it would take TWO weeks for a refund….Shortly after Bibi called asking for my card info that I had already given 3x and after expressing frustration Bibi stated that I was venting to the wrong person. Will follow up with my insurance to share my experience.
