Office is clean.
Staff are polite and professional, and so Dr Vladimir. They explain in details about the dental issue they see and also about the fees that your insurance covers and what you have to pay (before starting the diagnosis).
This was my first visit and respect entire experience.
Would recommend to go others.

The visit was all business. The office looks uninspiring -- typical of most dental offices. I've been to one recently that looked rather serene and spa like. Anyway, the exam bays were very cold. For whatever reason, the heat was turned off the prior day and was neglected to be turn back on in timely manner to give the office enough time to warm up. It's these little things that can affect the visit's pleasantness. One of the ladies working me up was wearing a mask -- I only saw here eyes. On top of that, she didn't really introduce herself so it was odd that someone was digging around my mouth yet I didn't know her name or face. Kinda impersonal. After the cleaning and prelim workup, The doctor examined my teeth and told me I needed a filling and then left. Few words were exchanged between us. Other than the wait, It was short and sweet and rather efficient.

Info was "lost" had to fill out forms all over again. Front desk was a little rude. Nurses in the back and Dr. were very nice! Appt was at 10am after discussing forms and eligibility (again after Info had already been sent to insurance provider) was seen at 11am.

It was an okay office. The appearance is OKAY. Most of the work and consulting is done by an assistant. All the Dentist really did was read x-Rays and told me I had s cavity.
I would go back, but sometimes as patients we want that special UNIQUE attention.

I think he is caring dentist. He explained to my son and myself step by step as to what he was going to do and b explaining my son was relaxed for the Dr to do what he needed to....Would definitely recommend any family or friends in the area to Dr. Vladimir office. He has a great staff to work with the patient and finding out about insurance question.....
