I typically don't trust dentists, because of previous experiences. Dr. Arden and her assistant were wonderful! They were very professional, greeted me with a smile and by name! First time patient, that was really great. Dr. Arden explained everything to me, laid out a plan of action concerning my dental health and is extremely ethical. I thought I had a bad tooth that needed to be pulled. Dr. Arden, evaluated my x ray carefully and explained that the tooth was strong! No need for the procedure! She explained that it was my troublesome sinuses! She could have easily profited from me not knowing any better, but she was kind, professional and extremely knowable. This will remain my dentist for years to come!

I am one of those people that are paranoid of the dentist. I have to admit this office was great during my visit. I was in and out. What I would give a negative rating to was that I had a tooth pulled and when I called because I thought it was infected I got brushed off. Not once, but twice by the woman who answered the phone. I ended up going to my doctor to be put on antibiotics.

I went to Dr Arden to have a tooth pulled. After being numbed and receiving the shots I waited so long for the dentist to come back the numbness was starting to wear off. When she performed the operation she was very rough and heavy handed. It felt like she was trying to uproot a tree instead of removing a tooth. Honestly, I have never had such a brutal and painful experience with any dentist.

I scheduled my appointment for 10 and was told to come back because the dentist didn't come in that day until 1. The procedure was difficult and I had to ask for more local anesthetic while clearly suffering through the procedure. I was given little to no post-op care after and there was no follow up, even after calling for help.

Overtime I went there the Doc. looked like she was in a rush. I had a sensitive tooth she made the fill in, after a week the tooth was way more sensitive than before. I when back to see if she could fix that, she just made it worst, she silt my tooth instead of checking the fill in. I was very disappointed and still I had to get another dentist.

Love this place! I'm always afraid of dentist but this place makes me feel at home. Nice people, great service. Also the office sends texts reminder before and the day of your appointment. That's awsome for a busy people!

They are the most amazing and proffesional dentel office. There have been so many opinions that's I have received about my dental work. There only realist approach that I recived was at this dentel office. Highly recommend them.
