It had been 18 years since I visited a dentist, and I was extremely nervous, scared and upset. I had broken my molar and found I had no choice but to go to the dentist. I chose Dr Collins due to her tenured experience- and continue to go to Dr Collins because of her kind and gentle approach. For those scared of the dentist should see Dr. Collins! She is professional, painless and genuinely kind.

All of my visits with Dr. Yvette collins have been remarkable. I love her approach to dentistry (holistic in nature). The best part about our appointments is that she listens to my individual needs as a patient and whole person.

An increased awareness of reading food labels on packaged contents has caused patients to evaluate what they may be consuming for their body type. I got the impression she was really trying to up-sell me, continually mentioning extra work at an extra charge... and I've never had a cavity (?). I've never left the dentist feeling my teeth were any less than tip-top shape. I left her chair feeling like I'd failed in dental hygiene. Also, her assistants are very unprofessional. They talk as if they're in the comfort of their own homes. Lastly, the dentist smelled like she'd been smoking. 'nough said.

Office was a bit disorganized. They had computer issues so they could not do any x-rays. They also tried to charge me for a service that my insurance wouldn't cover. They did the service and never told me this. I complained, however, and they waived the fee. Hygenist was excellent!!

Dr Collins has been very helpful in maintaining my dental health. She was very patient and understanding while I was pregnant and helped me develop a plan for hygine and gum health during my pregnancy. My baby and I both appreciate it.
