Everything about the visit was pleasant, from the moment you walk into the waiting room you are created by very kind and compitant secretaries and the waiting room itself smells like an oasis of essential oils and they have somehow managed to get just the right fragrance balance where it isn't overwhelming. Craig Austin, MD is very professional and clearly knows what he's talking about, I felt like I was in very good hands. Best doctor's vista experience I've ever had. 10 out of 10!

My first visit, I was very happy with Dr. Austin's thoroughness and knowledge, but the second time I went for skin cancer check and I felt he did not pay close attention or look at my skin closely.

The Dr. was fine however I waited over an hour. I was initially told there would be a half hour wait. I said I parked at a meter and would have to go back out to feed the meter. After an hour, I said I'd be right back to pay the meter, but when I got back they let 2 people go ahead of me. So there I was, waiting another 15/20 mins, after I spoke to two different people at the reception desk! The doctors and his assistants were great but waiting was not appreciated!

Awesome. People may think because he's got a very successful line of skincare that he tries to push that on you but he really doesn't it's the last thing he actually doesn't even offer it to patients he allows you to get some free samples if you want. A very honest Doctor Who isn't trying to just get your money
