The assistant taking the history was called to another room and left in the middle of me talking to her and didn’t come back. I waited for a while and then Singh entered the room. She criticized me for not giving the assistant the full story, even though I was never given the chance. She spent more time frustrated with not getting the full story and complaining that I had picked at the lesion than helping me. She didn’t say anything reassuring and was visibly annoyed by my questions. Terrible manner
Speedy. 10 minute wait time. Modern clean office... trendy decor. Saw a PA. It seems as though you probably rarely see the actual doctors there. However I believe the treatment would still be the same. My only complaint was the appointment seemed a bit rushed. Had I not done my research and asked questions some things may have been overlooked. Overall... good experience.
It was my first visit and i was a bit nervous at first . The atmosphere was so calming and quiet . The receptionist , nurse and doc were all so friendly . I had an issue and they waited patiently and helped me right away . I cannot wait to go back . Such a great place ! .
Pleasant people and fast service
Great place and nice people
Dr. Singh seemed like a great physician, however, she did not listen to all of my concerns so I left worse than when I went in :(
My visit was ok, with some exceptions. The waiting area was clean and tidy, and the front-desk receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. My appointment was set for 11:30; I waited about 25-30 minutes to get into a consultation room, and then finally saw a doctor at 12:10... ~40 minutes after my scheduled time. Nobody apologized for the delay. When the doctor came in she brought along the nurse and also someone who she seemed to be training. I was not expecting there to be THREE people in the consultation with me. It did not feel very private, the doctor did not explain why there were so many people there, nor did she apologize for it. The waiting room has a nice modern vibe, but the weird art, decor, and interior design inside the hallway and consultation room were distracting and alienating.
Not very impressed. This medical office is like a McDonald's in terms of throughput. Dr. Singh seemed to do the bare minimum, spending a grand total of the minutes with me. Ultimately, I had to make a separate appointment with a primary care physician who resolved my issues and actually took the time to explain the cause of my skin condition. Lastly, while I think the office staff is probably very good, I had the misfortune of dealing with a surly and incompetent staffperson at check in (she assumed I was showing up at 3pm for 6pm appointment because we patients live spending the hours in doctors' offices).
This office is clean, the music is soothing and there isnt a long wait
I had a really good experience visiting this office. The staff was ver pleasant, and worked in a timely manner. The Doctors was very pleasant, very soft spoken. Overall I had a good experience and plan to return to this office.
The office was very modern and updated, while also cozy. This office has the best vibe of any doctors office I've been to ever! There was hardly a wait time, and the check in process was quick. Dr. Sanjosh was very professional and kind, and I felt comfortable with asking her questions and bringing up concerns. Highly recommended!
