Loved this doctor. However, Crystal Run is awful and make it IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of a nurse in regards to test results. The nurse called me Thursday morning. I missed the phone called and called back 1 hour later….. it has now been 2 whole days since the missed call and 4 messages have been sent to the providers office and STILL no phone call back. How is the nurse getting 4 messages that I have called back!? Thank god for Urgent Cares (not affiliated with Crystal Run) for taking me in and giving me the medicine I needed.
