Smart, pleasant. I really liked how he did the ultrasound and initial testing himself, right in office.

This Dr. is a cheat and very inconsiderate. I was billed for Three office visits when I only seen him twice, His receptionist never calls or write to inform you of billing issue's and left unknown and incomplete will leave you paying thousands of dollars in debt. Dr. Fine will never talk with you when their is a problem of any kind he will always refer you to one of his female receptionist even they will not help you. I will NEVER refer this doctor and I will never use his services again

Only my first visit I have some tests to take So it can be determined what the best course of action is. But so far I am pleased with Dr. Fine's demeanor and the office staff seems competent and they not not grouches a big plus in my book, we will see how it goes during the course of my next visits.

My first time at Dr. Fine's office and the visit went well. It was a real easy commute going into Manhattan. I was taken care of almost immediately as I got in. The receptionists are real friendly and courteous as well. My overall experience with Dr. Fine was great. I would highly recommend.
