The service was great the staff is great there was a miscommunication with my appointment the dentist had already left for the day a few minutes prior to me coming in and still managed to come back to see me thanks to the staff .I highly recommend this office!!!

Dr. Crew loves helping people with their oral health because he knows how it feels to be a patient, which is why he pursued dentistry. He attended the University of Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine for his dental degree and now strives to provide his patients with exceptional care. Dr. Crew makes it his personal goal to answer questions and spread awareness about proper home care to help keep your smile healthy. His favorite part of being a dentist is seeing the improvement and transformation in his patients’ oral health.
Outside of the office, Dr. Crew loves to be active outdoors and enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, and going on adventures with his dog, Jake. He also likes to restore old cars to their former glory. In the wintertime he can be found riding snowmobiles in southern Utah and in the summertime, he enjoys riding four wheelers in the sand dunes.

The office is very negligent. When I went for the 2nd half of deep cleaning, they mistakenly tried to do the same side again.
They made an appointment for a certain date, but gave an appointment card for a different date and time. When I arrived at 8 AM, the office was not even open.
They didn't even apologize for both the mistakes. I ended up canceling all future appointments and went to another dentist.

Made the appointment and was contacted to get a little extra information before I arrived. Once I arrived, they were friendly and very quick, answered my questions and helped me put a treatment plan together that will benefit me greatly once everything is completed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and answered my questions honestly. They made sure I knew what my options were concerning my treatment. They were very clear about any associated costs. I have another appointment with them in a few weeks to begin my treatment process. I’m very happy with all of my interactions with their staff. ?
